Julian calender was off (drifted over the years) by many days, which they fixed some time mid last millennium. I think they went to bed on something like March 4th and woke up on March 25th to fix the drift. You'll need to do a search online for specifics. So basically some of those Russian ruler March dates may not line up correctly with the March of today.

Marcus is right. But Rusia and most of the levels of government are corrupt and they can't claim integrity and point the finger at things while they do in the same time shady things behind our backs.

I'm so sorry to hear that, you're a big guy with a big heart, I am sure those people you count as your friends are as big as you. I seldom comment here because I tend to read and enjoy and then forget to say anything but just to let you know even among silent Bitcoiners we gain a lot of knowledge, entertainment and good vibes from the thread and the contributors like you.

Bitcoin is not the same experience without all of you. I hope this is comforting to read.

Really sorry to hear that, dude... Never had a dog (or any pet) in my life, so I don't have personal experience, but I know they can be very loyal friends, certainly more loyal than humans. It's so tragic that their lives are so much shorter than ours, so every owner should know that this will eventually happen -- but it still doesn't lessen the pain... All the very best, stay strong.

In any case, and whoever is to blame (probably both sides, to varying degrees), killing and displacing innocent people surely is something very sad to see, in this day and age. I do hope it gets resolved soon.
