What are my tired eyes missing on this screenshot?
The miner api gui is showing he found 6 blocks, despite only getting work (other than connection testing) from this pool.

The pool hash rate appears to be dropping. Is Halong dropping off?

{"hashrate1m": "89.5P", "hashrate5m": "88.1P", "hashrate15m": "86.6P", "hashrate1hr": "84.1P", "hashrate6hr": "102P", "hashrate1d": "171P", "hashrate7d": "173P"} I'd say "yes"

I guess we'll ride the wave to shore now. We looking at a block every three days or so now?
Current Difficulty Needed: 5,077,499,034,879 Pool 5 min: 43.7P
Estimated time between blocks: 5 days, 18 hours, 37 min, 19 sec Estimated time for new miner to hit full 5N: 28 days, 21 hours, 6 min, 37 sec
Pool's current block diff (percent submitted of 1 block expected): 42.0% Time left to block (assuming perfect world 100%): 3 days, 8 hours, 24 min, 2 sec

ComputerGenie, in your script (thanks) you have 'Estimated time for new miner to hit full 5N: 28 days, 4 hours, 5 min, 31 sec'. What is the definition of new miner in regard to the pool? Is it a 'new user' or a 'new worker'? For example I am a User for 5 months using 5 machines. If I were to add a 6th miner/worker is this new miner at 5N or does it ramp up from 0N-5N based on the current pool hash rate? Thanks!

I think it's just math since you need 5 blocks to be "fully vested". N is one block, so at the hashrate he used in his script, N = 5 days, 18 hours, 37 min, 19 sec. More workers make the pool hash faster (obviously), but 5N is still that miner (wallet address, not device), being in the pool for 5 block finds. This is my understanding of it at least. -Fred

New miner starts from 0....has to go all the way, which is a product of Halong pulling their machines. Your ramp down right now is very very long though.

It looks at the "Pool 5 min" and calculates how long that hashrate would take to hit 5N shares; "new miner" assumes you, almost literally, just started but are included in the "Pool 5 min" hashrate (0N-5N). This only covers a "new worker" if that worker has a different addy than your other worker(s) as anything you've already commited on any existing addy is above 0N. Since hash fluctuates, there's no way to do an exact, 100% definite calculation, so I went with that. Hope that clarifies.

5N and 5 blocks are only interchangeable terms if the average of 5 blocks is 100% of expected. If our average is 105% of expected, then 5N will be less than 5 blocks; if our average is 51% of expected, then 5N will be more than 9 blocks.

that is like 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 = 500 you are now 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 0 = 500 first case divide by 5 = 100% of you 5n second case divide by 6 = 83.33% of your 5n so you will fill in from 83.33% to 100% in about 25-26 days although that is subject to change. If pools hash rate goes up a lot . http://ckpool.org/pool/says we are at 47.4P that is about 1 block in 5 days or 5 blocks in 25 days

Very small outfit here, newbie Mining with an Antminer V9 running at 3T/hs because I'm on 110v (891w) I run this between 7pm and 7am because the electricity rate is less than half (6.5 cents) Between 7am and 7pm I run my Gekkoscience gear at 88G/hs The purpose being to maintain but not add to the value of previous work done I have noticed herp starts running down. Is there a minimum hash rate in order to maintain my standing until the Antminer is turned back on at 7pm? Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance Your herp proportion of the pool is your hashrate proportion of the pool... if the pool's hashrate goes up, your herp will go down, but the pool will find more blocks so you'll get a smaller reward more frequently. Just remember you get paid for the shares you contribute, nothing more, nothing less. People overthink this.

Thanks in advance 12 hours at 3th + 12 hours at 88gh = a 24 average of 1.544th. that is about 48 cents a day or about 0.00007646 a day so you will drop when you are on the usb sticks. you would average 1.50 if you just mine the v9 for 12 hours. if I were you I would mine the v9 for 12 hours here and mine the usb sticks on solo ck pool. not here.
