Congrats on the block find  Grin

BTC.com shows the block to be BIP 109

Is this a new standard and does it affect mining in any way?

Couln't find anything about this

Hi all. New to CKpool and forum. After found block 524676 my address was listed under postponed payment. Now when I look at the work tab I see my address with a payout but nothing in my wallet. I'm sure there is something I'm not understanding? Currently in top 20 so should have been paid from what I read.

If you were in postponed on the last block solved and not in postponed now, that means that you'll get paid in the next block we find. It's literally what the word "postponed" means ("to put off until a later time").

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer.

Thanks for the definition of postponed. If I didn't look yesterday, I wouldn't have known my address was listed under postponed. Today I would see my address listed under payout. There is still a postponed section that I am no longer in. If it said payout on next found block, I would not have any questions.

Means nothing, it's btc.com not interpreting version rolled numbers correctly.

Cheesy

Congratulation: Block 524676 solved by 1MQqTCv74JL2TFfULftX4JXHBG7x4Yfw9X

Congrats to all those that mined before me.   Just joined my limited, but slowing growing farm to the ckpool.   Looking forward to future payouts.

Hi, I'm a relatively new user of your pool.
I got a question about the payouts. It looked like I was in the payout section every other block, the last payment I received in my wallet and per BTC.com was the 2/28/18 block though. I should have received a payout on 3/23 (2nd block) and 5/27. for both of these I was listed in the payout section yet I have no records of receiving any payment.
Just trying to figure out what is going on.

I see you only having made the payout queue on 2 blocks out of those.

Thanks for the quick answer.
This is strange I saw myself listed in the payout section every other block. Can you fall back out into the delayed section once you were listed for payout?

Yes you can. It depends on the balance of hashes at the time.

We'll see if they stick around. It's pretty hard to go from larger pool to here but well worth it! Would be nice to keep a more consistant total hash rate.

I plan to stick around. Came from slush with about 100TH and another 30TH moving shortly (and plan on growing even more). Not sure I can take a month without a block, but can fund a dry spell here and there. Hope overall it proves to be a good move. Seems to only be worth it if you're willing to stick it out for the long haul.

...Not sure I can take a month without a block, but can fund a dry spell here and there...
Well, the good news is that the last 2 blocks were quite anomalous (with the "expected shares" of 3.6+ blocks). Often people get wrapped up in the minutia of what's immediately in front of them and can't see the big picture. At 15PH, our "expected" find rate is about every 2 weeks.

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer.

At 15PH, our "expected" find rate is about every 2 weeks.

Can deal with 2 to 4 weeks plus the confirm time on fresh mined coins. Hope the pool stays in this zone or better. I understand it's going to take people like me and larger sticking around to provide some consistency. I'll put some time in while I can afford it.

We're currently over 60PH which is the highest this pool has been to date. I don't know how long it will be there, though, but it's most welcome Smiley

It's all math anyway Fugio you'll earn the same reward here. Best time to fully swap to Ckpool is once power is paid and you have 4 good weeks ramp up and earn a couple blocks while you do. If you're on slush it's even easier, just drop everything here since their ramp down is only 60 min. no reason to wait once your ready.

Looking now we're at a nice 20+ PH, since I've been here (just a few weeks or is it months now?) we've been growing pretty steadily. I love seeing pod miners here to, very nice community pool and dashboard that gets you doing other things than checking an app or HUD for blocks and luck. Makes finding a block even more satisfying and enjoyable to.
