The pool is consistent and growing steadily, since I've been here say for a very "lean" April. It's hard when whales come in but luck is luck and still other miners are joining to. Regardless the system here is one hash = one hash.

Also I've got some Winderlea 2011 Pinot Noir for our next double block day (work gift). Hope it's soon!

I got your point. But consistency I challenge when we have 25 - 50% hashrate swings. 230-100PH pool swings. But I know it all evens out in the end. Not good for my OCD though. Maybe I need something from the cannabis family  instead of the grape family.

I might prefer a combination of both, then that's a bit obvious. Thank goodness for some of Oregon's laws.

If hash rate swings and inconsistent payouts send your OCD off the deep end, this is definitely not the pool for you. There are, however, some super knowledgeable people here to help answer your questions.

No mining at the moment.

Thanks I am good. All I was hoping for was a good mail order catalog from Colorado.

Sorry, can't help you there. All I have are some old Land's End and L.L. Bean catalogs. If you can't get the Colorado catalog, have you checked out Oregon?  Grin

Been working hard the last couple of blocks. Anyone know the average luck for our pool? Last block over 200% this one around 130% and climbing. I know we had some well under 100. Hope we get a string of luck to balance out last few.

Our paid average is at ~ 113.4% of expected shares and our "in a perfect world" average is just under 104% of expected shares

That's not completely terrible. A bit of luck on next few and we near a perfect world. A bit of luck on coin price would also help the world.

Perhaps it is just my impatience or lack of understanding, or both.    But i have had my miners (175 TH) on this pool for nearly 12 days.  Pool found 4 blocks and my payouts were a total of ~.029.

On slush my miners were yielding .05 payout every ~4.5 days. That is a signaficiant disparity.       I'm also a little disappointed in the ramp time,   It took me nearly that long to ramp up  and now less than 24hrs off the pool and I'm already under 80 TH.     I was thinking it would take just as long to ramp down as I spent ramping up.

This is not intended to be a rant if anyone cares to walk me through the reasoning behind this I'm all ears as I am very new to this.    On a side note, Ill have 13 S9's  for sale soon.   Lol

Well, for starters, you're comparing days to blocks.
in reality, you're looking at:
.05BTC out of 2000+ blocks and done vs ~.029BTC out of 4 blocks with more to come

...On a side note, Ill have 13 S9's  for sale soon.   Lol
I'll maybe offer $190 each...

A new S9i-13.5TH/s with PSU (and 180-day warranty) being 734 USD, I can't see anyone with any financial acumen offering too much more.

Mine are 5 weeks old working like the day I opened them out of the box.   Would entertain $450 if someone buys them all.

Well I just got my s9i today. Bitmain is easy to order from they'll let me order some small orders from them but I have to be in office and no beer allowed.  ..

However they didn't allow me to order my own asic. I got the June deal Bitmain had up and they gave me a coupon that was about to expire last minute. It was around $500 with psu and no customs charge. Lots of cheap S9i's out there now.

@cryptosvt- Did you upgrade?

I have not upgraded but I have a feeling the S11 model is not far out and I'd like to be in a position to acquire the first batch of them.  I also have a feeling that when they are released there will be an influx of used S9's which of course will kill what little resale value they still have if this bear market continues.

Seems reasonable I'll just hope people keep clicking my twitter links so I earn commission to buy upgrades. I bought my s9 in January for March which was $2700. ...  might have to wait till resale is a bit higher to feel value. Then if bull hits like LY I'll power on all my s7's if it's worth it.
