CK I do have a basic understanding of your pool but how does it compare and differ from bitminter?

CK I do have a basic understanding of your pool but how does it compare and differ from bitminter?
Well for starters there is no fee and this pool is more no-frills without much in the way of features for miners. The payout is not too dissimilar to PPLNS that bitminter uses, but because it uses generation payouts, you get instant payout as soon as the block is found rather than waiting for a payout. There is never any bitcoin stored in the pool's wallet waiting for you to withdraw because there is none. However because generation payouts add extra data to the miners, I limit payouts to 150 miners - the top 100 miners get a payout every block. The rest of the miners only get a payout when they've accumulated enough shares and have waited in the queue with the other miners. We also have a lower limit of 5640 satoshi for a payout which is the lowest anywhere meaning very small miners will eventually one day get a payout. Some of our smallest miners that toughed it out for almost a year got a payout today.

Cool.
Does that system also help the dust rewards issue that small miners have quite often?

Cool.
Does that system also help the dust rewards issue that small miners have quite often?
Yes. There is no dust accumulation at all here as there is nothing left over from the block payout that happens instantly with the generation. The shares are basically accumulated block after block till they have a big enough dust payout and then they get it.

This is a sorted list of all the workers on the payout list and their hashrate over the last 7 days. I've been watching my stats drop over the last few months, which is great! I can't wait to see all the 0s  drop off the list.

What do you guys think about joining this pool with 23th/s Bitcoin mining?

Go for it man. Support the smaller pools, with the closer community and support. One of the only pools with 0% fees and transaction fees included.

You get paid more but less often than other larger pools, so if you're ok with that this pool should work well for you.  Cheesy

Downside of a truly zero fee pool is there is no incentive for the operator to run it and pay all the expenses, or to further develop it.
So let's see... first pool to support asicboost publicly. First pool to support native segwit addresses. This all in the last 2 months. Yep, no development whatsoever.

Perhaps you have heard of this little app called "Bitcoin Core"? Tens of thousands of man-hours went into developing it before Bitcoin had *any* financial value.

Not all developers are motivated by financial gain, many of us are just TypeA personalities that are internally driven to create the best projects that we possibly can.

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer.

Please remind me how to manually set my mindiff a little higher. (I seem to have topped out at 11K)
(I'd like to reduce the bandwidth a bit)
I tried d=24000 in the password area but it did not work.

If your using CGMiner add "--suggest-diff 24000"

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?

No. I'm stuck using Bitmain's internal miner. (I am familiar with CGminer & config set-up & commands)
Which would mean saving a backup of the config TOR file then editing it and reloading ( Which I have no experience doing so hesitant ...is BM-miner really 100% CGminer compatible? )

I doubt it.  I think they forked it long before -ck added that feature.  Avalons use official CGMiner.

Back from vacation i can't find me ( 1AoWvDMdq4wcndNufsvaMAMFMXZKb4XcFL ) in the payout-list of block 514811.
Block 514852 i'm in with 0.00416072.
My actual derp is 0.00198046.
Is my payout from 514811 added to 514852?

That's correct. If you're not in the top 100 miners, you get a larger payout less frequently.
