According to my calculations, for me anyway, each K16 cost $328.29.

Even at $1k a BTC, I am pretty far from ROI, on this deal.

But, it's getting closer every day....and...I'm securing the network, which I'm sure is looking incredibly attractive to attack right now.

I got $306.75 with even shipping included, I've figured its better to mine with them until there is barely any profit then sell them to ensure ROI

I heard some people were preparing a request for legal measures, or a lawsuit of some sort. What's the status of that? And who are in?

It's kind of vague to me how many people are still waiting for their refunds. Is there a list?

Agreed. There are a number of forms to be filled out at various government agencies (FTC, FBI, Local DA). For best results we'll need to carefully document what's happened, our damages, and provide as much contact information as possible.

There is significant work to be done collecting this information and presenting it in an understandable way. I think a separate thread where we can collaborate and gather the pertinent information is a good idea. This would make it FAR easier for more people to submit complaints, thus gathering more law enforcement attention.

I've personally mentioned taking legal action already. It was taking a toll on me in stress, and at the advice of family members I've taken a break. With that said, if there are others that want to fight for what we've been promised, I'll help in any way I can.

I've been SO vocal in this forum I've already figured I'll be the last to get a refund, if ANYONE does. So I've already pretty much written it off in my mind. But I'd LOVE to see others get refunded, or to FINALLY get their miners either hosted or hashing.

This has gone WAY too far. Let all those waiting for assembly refunds or hosted miner unite and take action!

So I emailed asking for mine to be sent as the email described but haven't heard anything back.

For the people that received them, did you get any confirmation/response or did they just show up?

Well...my story is that i bought some chips(106 pcs.) from someone who had some orders here(order transfer)...after a week i was told that there were too many assemblies and that the 106 chips are on those assemblies. I was told that 4 K16s and 42chips would eventually arrive to me.
Today 100 chips arrived, on the right address but not the right buyer on the invoice. Either he's juggeling with orders to make everyone happy or there is something so wrong in the middle of things.
I got what asked for...-6 chips but with 2 weeks delay and not what i was told i would recieve. I could have ordered the boards in this time ...so another 2 weeks lost.

Bad choice, bad deal, sorry for those who are still waiting and for those who want to buy ....STAY AWAY!

EDIT: Seems like the buyer on the invoice refused the chips, or at least the tracking number on it says, failed delivery.
Still, because of lack of communication...no go for this whole deal -1

Request miners, you may get them.   Request an update, you won't get one.  Request a refund of funds that had nothing to do with the botched group buy, you get ignored.   Sad
