Impressive web site SB -- I'm glad you all stuck through all this to see the finished product complete. Hopefully all this work can serve as a foundation for a profitable/successful future venture.

Very nice site, Steamboat! One question: since the original Klondike thread has been full of worried messages about BkkCoin's well being, I am hoping that your mentioning him at this site means everything's okay with Chris? Nobody's been able to reach him in weeks... Hope he's in good health! |

Nice job. Love the gallery especially the smoked hardware. Most of all I really appreciate whoever took the time to write the troubleshooting page. There's a level of detail there that is superb. "Much, much more. 100+ USD just for one bare PCB to be made" Not so sure about this. I can get 10 PCBs for $99 from http://imall.iteadstudio.com/open-pcb/pcb-prototyping/im120418009.html (yes, I've used them a lot, they make nice boards). I've paid for a k16 full assembly and freight (order 199). During the silence I bailed and got a chip refund.
If I purchase 16 chips off another GB member can you confirm you will complete/ship my K16 to me?
I'd expect this would be easier for you to a) use otherwise unwanted chips b) complete a miner c) avoid having to refund assembly/freight etc.

Great looking website. It's great that those who still wanted miners will get them. Looks like you did a nice job. It's nice to see this project I've followed for so many months come to completion. I'll admit I'm a bit disappointed to not be getting a miner, but it just didn't make sense for me to keep waiting. I believe you originally stated a batch of miners could be assembled and shipped in 3 days. Since there were two batches, I assume you've now had time to at least manufacture and assemble all the miners. You've even done a nice website. Very cool. So, Any idea when you will be issuing hardware assembly refunds? Since you are offering miners for sale on your website for $95.00, I'd expect to get that amount refunded for each of my miners. Plus shipping of course. Now 'bout those refunds now, pretty please? |

I just requested my 8 Klondike's to be shipped without USB bootloader, anyone recommend a good cheap pickit3 ? Also how fast will these hash with the current firmware? Is 350 stable?

There's only one pickit3 -- just buy it from microchip, newark, ebay, etc. |

Yes 350 is stable  I'll be cranking em up as soon as I figure how to get CGminer working a bit better on my PC,I'm such a noob to compiling & stuff  Great site Steamboat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

It cost me 450€ to make 10 PCBs here (it's 4 layer btw with 0.5mm pitch components), so one board in this quantity is around 60USD locally. Doing for example one or two PCBs would be even more expensive, so that's the figure I based that on. And doing more than a few by hand is really not a good idea, as you can read in How to build. But I can ofc change that, just tell me what figure would be adequate. |

Not sure I follow... You set the clock frequency via cgminer options. You don't need to flash the firmware for this. |

It's great that some are shipping, but I don't understand why the hosting isn't being sorted too. I paid for hosting, didn't get a refund even though I applied, and now I'm sat watching other people receive their miners. So I lost out by not getting a refund and now I'm losing out by having to wait for the hosting to be set up. We need some kind of published list so that we can see what order things are being done in. I certainly hope that hosted miners will be set up in order of priority rather than doing all of the shipped miners first.
