Hey DeepOnion is up almost 50% Smiley  Another 10 000% to go hahahaha.  Well people will stop mining on nicehash when they realize the withdrawal thresholds are so high most small time miners will lose their bitcoin...and using a multi algo miner with auto convert to bitcoin (better to set it up yourself...so you get paid in the altcoin, then sell it automatically yourself) is really profitable when prices are going down.  If you keep the coin and the price is going down, then you lose...price trending up then keep the coins.  hard to do though.

I really hate nicehash, it seems to cut mining profits in half across the whole crypto market.

How is that good for us miners that can actually build and run a mining rig?

I can imagine that alot of hackers are still trying to hack that site. 70,000,000 USD... That's bait for others.

Do you have external display connected to the other one that's underperforming and/or you are screening hashrates via teamviewer?

Can someone help with a very good Overclock setting?

I have 6 GTX 1080Ti GPU  running on Simplemining OS. However I have been trying to get good hash rate on x17 (mining Verge, the only Altcoin for it on Zpool).

I have tried different overclocking settings but my hashrate wouldnt just pass 13MHs per card and only giving me between 56- 72 Mhs mining using x17 Algo.

It is kind of weird situation because same cards exceed 5800Mhs on other algo. What am I doing wrong guys?? I need a better hashrate.

Please I need your kind contribution here.

Regards.

I figured it out, there is something in bios needs to be changed i think, because two long ports give normal results, but if one card is in that small port that card have like 15% lower hashrate. Do not know why yet, but will figure it out.

Yes the difficulty on XZC is up allot over the past week, and amount of coins per day may be down 30%, but the exchange rate for XZC is up from $40 a week ago to ~$67 today.... that makes it even better to mine now even with the jump in difficulty. Who knows where it will be in another week or two, but it's pretty nice right now.

Yeah , sure, but if Zcoin price crashes before you sold your stack, it becomes bad.. With the insane difficulty

That's when you rebuy with profits you earn and get more.  Person I get trade calls from said to rebuy on dip.   This guy is prophet of profit.  lol

I manage to buy at 28k.   I could put stop limit at 35k.   If it dips just be patient.  I learn my lesson when cashing Vertcoin too early during the summer.   I could have got $1000 per day if I sold now.

lol Lets update that post.   It's 80k now.   Don't be that daily profit chaser.   You will never win.

Either a bad riser or a monitor connected to gpu0 that's slowing it down because it has to focus on displaying you a picture instead of hashing... Up to you to decide which applies to you! Cheesy

If they weren't mining at nicehash they would just be mining somewhere else.  Its not like the hashrate will disappear.

Zcoin  went to 100 $ +  Grin  Shocked Shocked Shocked , Wow didn’t see this coming this soon now kinda regret selling my profits for 2 more Nvidia gigabyte aurous 1080 ‘tis , Well at least I get more dollars per day now :/ ,Insane profits on 1080ti right now , Just thinking should I sell zcoin and other alts and get more cards or hold zcoin
Nice hash has always been kinda a bummer but it attracts newbies and the more people invested in Alta the more their value will increase , unless it pump and dump

Hi I have 2 gtx1080ti
Mining Zcoin (the best coin I found for 1080ti)(around 2050mhz each at 1025mv at 38degree)
on MPH (the best I found for this coin)
I get 6400KH/S on ccminer
But when locking at the Afterburner graph I see random drop in GPU usage.

I read the other post for the best ccminer (djm)  I tried every one I could find and it seem the best but...
Do you all have this,
https://i.cubeupload.com/dhCS4l.jpg

I use the ccminer_cuda9 from DJM (30 247kb)

With this command line

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
ccminerdjm_cuda9 -a lyra2z -i 19 -o stratum+tcp://us-east.lyra2z-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20581 -u XXX.XXX

Is it normal, I just started so I did not had enough time to calculate if the hash rating from the ccminer match MPH but even if it match, the drop is a % loss of calculation power

You don't need to set any environment variables for ccminer.

You mean those right ?

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

Ok thank you I will remove those, I did not see any gain by adding them and some post on internet report it was better (but it was probably placebo effect Wink ) so I just put them because i did not loss  hashrate either

Those only have affect for Claymore's miner.

wow, the pool is closed already. something wrong happened?
actually we really do need an alternative to MPH in order to get stable network.. with closure suprnova now there is no alternative

We couldn't achieve any reasonable hashing power in few days...
I'd recommend datapaw pool for XZC (Zcoin) ming as an alternative to MPH. Probably this is only alternative ATM:

hello there, yes, I understand that you wanna be alternative, bit you TTF is about 30 hours!!
well mate, I'm sorry but hat is crazy long! what if the block we would find will be orphan?! then those 30hour would be wasted.
But I will somehow support your pool, will direct there 2 x gtx 1070ti  Roll Eyes
maybe we can make at lest 20-30% of the network..
