What do you mean by offline wallet? All wallets need to be online to work

The elastic node may work on a browser but the server can be local. It's really no different to a desktop wallet, except you use the browser for the interface

Can you tell me how to set a local server? Is it more safe?

Just download the wallet from the link in OP and install it. It's an .exe and I assume you are running windows.

The installer takes care of everything and the shortcut launches a "desktop" wallet which is really just a browser window without the browser GUI parts

All that fud seemed to have worked for a bit, even though everything he said was false.  Roll Eyes Whatever, just bought more cheap $XEL. A lot of investors fell for at that scam talk without doing any real research. I appreciate all the weak hand. Thanks so much.  Wink

I saw that on twitter. I am just laughing and focusing on to the future. But I am little upset because a lot of newbies affected from scam news without any self research...

Are you close to dev's or why you post updates? It would be nice to know how far full version is... It could relly help this price, but yeah on the other hand, now we have cheap coins to accumulate...

I am just trying to helpful for Elastic Community with manage to elastic website & wallet 1 and youtube channel like as other contributors. I cant share any milestone our code heroes are EK & Coral-referrer, they are sharing updates about code you can check to Elastic Talk Forum

How is elastic different from other coins in the similar area like Golem, Sonm and IExec? Are they all trying to achieve the same results?

@others, feel free to correct me, but here is my tl;dr:

Elastic aims at using the hashing power of the network/of miners directly ot solve bruteforcable tasks
(i.e. trustless, but limits use cases)

Golem is basically supposed to be a payment layer on top of a decentralized computing architecture
(needs a reputation system, is not completely trustless)

SONM looks like a whitepaper with lofty goals to me but I didn't look that much into it
(Dunno, to me, it looks like these guys bit off more than they can chew. This is just my personal view, though)

IExec I don't now anything about.

My github will valish as quick as it came, I don't think it's a good idea to put it in any list of links.

Dumpers be dumping.  There are 36,816,350.47 XEL in the Bittrex wallet.  Almost half the total supply of coins.
