Looks like Proof of Stake blocks are coming out (they are set to come out after 30 days), but reward on PoS blocks is currently 0, not sure why. Dev need to look at this.

This is garbage. Benefit to all pre/early miners. No real world application. This is soon to be forgotten, hopefully. Anyone can create a coin with a limited supply, it's the innovation, algorithmic distribution, and realistic use and adaptation that determines value. This has none of that whatsoever. Please disregard this coin, Thanks!!

Just a quick note: Once POS blocks become more common, any BTB total network hash rate number will be at best a guess until a solution is implemented that counts POS blocks correctly in the formula, I will be implementing and testing a solution on CCE this week. Basically the POW/POS explorers will start recording the POW difficulty of every block while it is the current block and the POW difficulty is available. This will allow for accurate calculation of total network hash rates because the POS blocks will be counted in the formula as if they had been solved by POW rather then POS.

I did see a massive failure the other day, in which sites were reporting the payout as 0, and the pools appeared to have mostly stopped at that time as well. I really want to see this develop into something more...but I'm not holding my breath. Did anyone ever get a paper wallet site up? That'd be a really nice step in the correct direction. That and getting this on more than just BTER and cryptsy...if BTC-e grabbed on...we'd have something pretty nice...but again, breathing normally, as I don't see this happening soon.
Wasn't the original idea that you could someday swap BTB for physical gold? If we can get someone with gold to offer it in exchange for BTB on a website...this would become a much more viable crypto. Until then, we'll see, but my hopes are dwindling. I might even be willing to run the website if someone has gold to back it, legitimately.

Please add more BTC here (my son will apprecciate it when he's older): 14WsxbeRcgsSYZyNSRJqEAmB1MKAzHhsCT

How many times have you told your friends, family, wife, girlfriend, kids, random people in the street, and anyone who you meet who you think may listen, about bitcoin? How many listened? How frustrated and foolish did this make you feel? Even though you were right all along!! And still they are not listening!!? Bitbar is to the crypto-community, as bitcoin is to that person you told, when you first discovered Bitcoin. I think the problem with the coin profitability sites is being fixed, I read about this earlier and it seems that the Bitbar developer has registered to this forum, and is getting actively involved, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=152515.msg2425717#msg2425717Don't get disheartened, innovation comes from the belief of the few, not the agreement of the masses.

Their vision ends at the horizon. The future does not exist to them, only the here and now. This part of the forum has been hijacked by a team of scammers, only here to get rich quick from the continual release of their useless coins, which are quickly dumped at the fool's expense.
Nothing can go on here anymore unless they are directly involved.
It's such a shame that new ideas fall upon so many ignorant selfish ears here. It's very sad.

My bitbar daemon complains about not being 0.4.1. It's compiled straight from https://github.com/aLQ/bitbar. Where can I get the source for this elusive 0.4.1?

- no rounding for PoS blocks, to address low PoS diff and those small PoS rewards What does 'no rounding' mean? Also, how are you in contact with the dev? And are you allowed to give his details?
