Hey Flowdab, you can contact me via PM if you'd like to learn more about the legal action. At the very least I'll be able to set you in the right direction if you decided to go down that route yourself.

Don't get upset with these trolls, they mean well but they still have a hard time understanding that everyone that already had an easily available way of getting back their money already took that route. While it seems obvious to us, it doesn't seem so much to them.

Sorry to hear that man.  If it was a little i would count it as a loss....   sad to say and move on.  Hopefully not but if it was a lot I would get a lawyer quickly.  If the lawyer allows you please post what they think as far as bitcoins.  I just don't know how legal action will work with bitcoins involved.

I believe BKK was in thailand, Terrahash probably would have made more money by staying in Business.

TH was never prepared to build even if they did receive chips.  Not to mention the chip order that knight verified that disappeared magically.  It appears they were a company of salesmen.

With proper planning TH should have changed plans long ago.  I mean what did they do every day in office, sit there and not realize problems?

Anyone who used PayPal, and creditcards if they listened to people like btceic would have 100 percent refund long ago.
