In my area, I am currently experiencing typhoon bringing floods and landslides due to heavy rains. Roads and bridges are damaged and some are inaccessible. Electricity and internet is unstable, always in on and off mode. Nevertheless, it will not affect much when you know it's friday. I just stay in a safe place I think... haha

What if the electricity goes for day on end, you won't be able to posts. That would not be good.

Oh I wouldn't worry about that. In case the situation where I'm staying becomes impossible and extreme, I will always find a better place. That'is as long, if flooding and landslides won't get me first. But I do not worry at all. hahaha.

You should keep a reserve battery pack, just in case.

Thanks for your advice. If ever the electricity will go out for a longer time, my laptop will sleep. I still have my smartphone as backup and I have a powerbank. my only other problem would be just the internet. If it would totally be no connection, that would be the major problem for me. I just hope the internet in my area will not die because the typhoon is bringing much damage already to infrastructure in my area and surroundings.

I think you got rejected because of both too much off-topic posts and also burst-posting.  Avoid these two.

it's not that you are burst posting that you were not included in the airdrop. i have detected that you have suspicious activities in your profile. your account was created on april 2015 but your first post was in march 2016. clearly a bought account.

How you can say that my account is a bought account, check the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/X5pt1, my account  was created in 2015 and was compromised and i got a mail and change my password, whose details are in screenshot and mail date is 25/05/2015. You can make any assumption but not all assumptions are right. I was not aware of the power of this forum and was not working. Some time ago, i came to know through google that we can earn a decent income from this forum and start working. What is your assumption now regarding my account? If you want to remove me from airdrop, you can but don't make false blames regarding my forum account.

I'm also protecting any of our DeepOnion members here because some Airdrop manager uses our username even tho we didn't join in those airdrop and it'll have a bad effects in all of our account if this still continues.

At some point DO needs an exchange with a broader reach but I can imagine holding off from that until the major features of DO Roadmap have been cleared.

For now, the focus is on community and not the price.

As an alternative, we could also think of a give away outside of the airdrops. But give a ways tend to lead to dumping.

So there is no magic pill I am afraid. It should probably grow in its own way.

Yeah but being on a major exchange is a way to grow the community. The price comes after that I agree. Yet in DO newsletter it seems the price is always mentioned. I think the priorities are not in the right order.

Keepsafe always. Now the typhoons are on the way at my place but all is good preparation has been made. Bought a generator to keep me charge during the storm.

Bro I'm also a victim of this. 4 days ago somebody else used my username but with another address. This is just not very good. It has quite been alarming if we always get victimized by cheaters who try to enter airdrops using our username.

I just hope nobody would do that here in the DeepOnion community. If anybody will try, I'm very confident that the Dev Team and the expert helpers will catch the cheaters and ban them forever.

I don't think the terms of listing on exchanges is only paying now, there are some other terms that is not revealed to the public maybe it is included in NDA agreement.

Its not the price that what worries me, it the buy ask volume that is keep getting lower and lower.

It's surely does not bring confidence among investors.

It's only because DO isn't on a lot of exchanges that the volume is so low but in the future after all the airdrops have finished etc than i'm pretty sure DO will be a household name listed everywhere so the future trading volume will be fine.

I think the developers are being patient as far as exchanges go. Not too necessary to be on a big one yet and I'm not sure that getting on another small exchange would help much, if any.

I think the dev team has their own plan and rationale regarding getting to a new exchange. It's not just about paying some BtCs. Some exchanges have their rules. We may need to wait until the airdrop finishes in order to get to some big exchanges. Let's hold and be patient.

Well as the development is still going it would be interesting to accumulate more.. imagine you bought NEM in the early days when the airdrop was still going.. you could have been a millionaire.
