Everyone should update their wallets even if it is not mandatory update. It gets better and better with every version, it is faster and supports more options.
Just do a backup first, just in case if anything goes wrong. It will probably not, but you know how they say, devil never sleeps.
Will do! My Raspberry Pi finally came, and I will set it up for ONION PoS and some web browsing... So this is a great time to update the wallet. Can't wait to leave my wallet staking for 24/7.  Can you explain what you use the Raspberry Pi for? How exactly do you you use it? Is it just a cheap version of a PC that you can store your wallets on and run them for staking? Pretty much. Much cheaper, smaller, and energy efficient  |

Is the new wallet safe to download already? crypto-rainbow hasn't made an official announcement yet, although I do like the updated logo and wallet look though, it looks fresh.  |

I have tried to use the DeepOnion forum today. It's very nice and fast. It's very easy to use and I like the design. There are also many discussions and topics about DeepOnion and other things that are not related to DeepOnion. Yes, it is much more sophisticated than SMF used here. With a lot more useful option, multiple quote and so on. IMO one addition 2FA will make it perfect. |

Awesome Project. Very Positive followers here. I will have to get me some Onions you can onions by airdrop ( check the rules and apply if you affirm all the rules ) or by bounties or by giveways . I hadn't tried to use the DV feature on the last release until I downloaded this release of the wallet. I attempted to use deepvault in v1.3 and it got hung up at 7% both times and the QT froze and had to be restarted. Knowing the file was already authentic and not worried to open, I opened and ran DeepVault verification using v1.3.1 and had no issues! DeepVault succes! Definitely a great update, keep them coming! Did anyone publish any guide on how to stake a DeepOnion wallet with a Raspberry Pi, so that staking does not require you to leave your computer on?
You can leave the wallet running on a vps, the one I got costs less than a raspberry (after three years it would cost the same as the pi) and it doesn't use your internet or power. This is a truly amazing advise! Which VPS are you using? And is it safe to put your DeepOnion wallet to stake there? And what if the IP of that VPS is shared by some other DeepOnion guy with his wallet, would there not a risk to get blacklisted? |
