Why all mine on nova? They are far over 51%! I don't get it... also you need to reg. and have more fees so why?
https://miningpoollists.com/hush/

Give http://pool.miningspeed.com/ some hash, they pay and find blocks, but could be some more miners.  Wink Smiley

Hi all! I noticed some ongoing and sad discussions after that post which should finally stop please.
It seems some people got confused, specially in terms of 51% or which pool is better  Roll Eyes, that was never my intention!

You have to know i am just a casual miner with 2 cards, 24/7 but not 365. Wink So i started at miningspeed...
That time Nova was the biggest (still and deserved!) and growing, all other pools were loosing. So it was just a tiny cry for some hash, nothing else.
Personaly i was never scared about a 51% attack... why not? Check ocminers post again:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2008578.msg20098111#msg20098111

Let me quote:
Quote
PPPS: That myth of the 51% problem is really ridiculous .. You could already attack a chain with 25-30% of the hashing power just fine, with everything above 50% the attack is just a guaranteed success. But why would I want to fork off a coin when I have a pool for ? I'd ruin all my rep, ruin the rep of the coin... etc.. Isn't it a bit counter-productive ?

He is a great pool provider, one of the best!! I mined many different alts on suprnova pools, never had problems.
Just want to clarify that!

Sorry for this late reply, was busy some weeks... so let's use our mental energy for good things again. Thank you all! Cheesy

Is it just me, I could have sworn I saw 8 photos of team members a couple of days ago and now there are only 4... Did we lose half of our dev team?

Hello @CryptoMerc,

We don't have lost any member of team, currently we are 6 people, me (Demartini), David (radix42), Axel (SparkIt), Matthew (mreichardt), Jonathan (DukeLeto) and Larry (madbuda).

All information about us is on our website (https://myhush.org/), as soon as possible we will update the ANN.

In the meantime, ZEC is on the move. But HUSH gives no crap about that.

I think folks around there are not actually aware that HUSH is the Zcash's good twin brother, no?

Hi,

I would recommend EWBF for a miner, most pools will have setup instructions or you should be able to find recommendations in the EWBF thread. If you get stuck on anything post here as I'm sure myself or some of the others can point you in the right direction.
