I have recently took investing on poloniex serious. Ever since I've invested the alt coins have been down. Do the amount of coins I posses go up if I stay. Also, do I have to wait for the coins to go back to their original price that I bought fo in order to make a profit? What are the reasons to holding if prices are down? Thank-you.

in my opinion,altcoin dump is best opportunity for any trader to ivest in potential altcoin as soon as bitcoin price hype is over their price will regain and give you profit.but for it is best to invest in tokens rather than bitcoin fork alternative because at least they have buy back protection.

The reason why to hold it when prices are down its because if you sell at lower than the original price, you will be lose. So its worth on waiting than to sell on a not earning profit. There is a time for the price to up again that is if you can wait.

yah because of the segwit implementation the prices rises so if you can it is recommended to do so. usually its not recommended to buy when its pumping but its different with

bitcoin since segwit hasn't been activated yet, but its just a matter of waiting now. you can expect a great price increase when that happens and it hasn't been a week since

bitcoin pumps. There are actually many ways to increase your wealth besides holding however if you want a less risky method it is recommended to do so.

I saw a post like this like ten minutes before, the only thing that i have to say that Altcoins have such grow potential nowadays, the best thing is to invest in the ones that can make a big pump, like ethereum,monero,digibyte,siacoin, etc. Those alts will always go up, because they are strong and have a good team behind it, also a good community that want them to go up.

but i think investment in altcoin is more risky because it require more study to know about the potential of that currency therefore you must be too miuch careful about investing money in any alcoin, you must first get some information about the coin where you are going to invest your money and get some profit.

If you're really in need of money then you should sell your bitcoin it really donest matter if the lrice price is low or high atleast you earn that from your hard work i disn't say to follow anything from the replies but. Holding is the best one when the leice increase it will increase your profit too you know that however if you do trades and investments maybe you will grow your bitcoin for more than your spectation

That's right you will possibly grow your bitcoins rather than what we expect but it's not that easy compared from other options specially when we need money on a rush days. You really have to be patience and if ever you generate money from other invrstments you had do it so that you won't sell your holdings in an earlier time.
