We are at there very start of crating more usability / programmability to the only scalable distributed non-security coin on the planet with true on-chain safety.
i feel like bcash just tries to rehash old btc features no one will ever use for anything in the real world =) ha Yeah, like significantly lower fees and faster transactions. doge is better for this *  lol Very true!!! |

So I finally got around to updating my ABC node after the recent update broke it.
Did it use my previously specified datadir? no
Did it prompt me to specify one? no
It just took the opportunity, behind my back, to overwrite the (in my case, on this box, unused and very old, but still) core chain on an entirely different drive.
If you guys are looking for trust and credibility...you're doing it wrong.

Well, if you are not using your node to mine or are a major economic node like an exchange, then you are supposed to be using a SPV wallet because Craig Wright, aka "satoshi" feels that nodes like your's are a liability to the network. Shame on you. Better hope they don't make you walk through the streets naked and throw crap at you.  |

I’ll take that bet. I think you’re confused with the typical argument that ‘Bitcoin Cash’ has less daily transactions then Dogecoin. (Measured on 1 day sometime recently). But despite 4 different ‘news sources’ publishing such news, this argument fails to acknowledge the value transferred relative to fiat value. It’s really just headlnes for those who are easily mislead. Also, there are many Doge faucets that spit out doge instantly for anyone to suck on along with an endless supply that keeps pumping out daily. Hence the high amount of Dogecoin transactions per day. You’re trust rating is a -4 so 0/10 isn’t that bad. I’ll stop going after the bait. +1, this Dogecoin shilling is getting pathetic. At first it was "all coins other than BTC are shit", now it's "All coins other than BCH are good". Goal[posts keep moving but the technology stays the same. BCH is usable and useful, BTC is not. DOGE is a ridiculous intermediary that won't last. But while Lightning doesn't work for another 18 months, Kore fanbois can use DOGE and not feel like "traitors"... |

But this can't be tru right? Bitcoin cash cant suddenly left behind (as some softfork) looks it also needs to be hard forked.
So we have 3 coins very soon, today or tommorow? And also the segwit 2x next month?
If thats the case the surprise of the first initiative is already lost, or not?
I am getting the impression that not al technological advancements are on the table yet.

With strong dev team, I believe that Bitcoin Cash project will have been developed somehow to maintain decentralized ideas from Satoshi Nakamoto. Someday, Bitcoin Cash will surpass Bitcoin and be realized as real Bitcoin. |

People don't like bitcoin cash because no one likes backstabbers. If bitcoin cash was run by a decent person with high morals and stability it would have already done the flippening, and we would be talking about real virtual currency.
The thing is everyone of us loved bitcoin. We used it and show in it a future currency. This probably won't happen as devs wanted the easy way of making money, lost vision and started talking about "store of value" bs.
Still there is a correct way to respond and there is a wrong way. And what happened in November was totally the wrong way and this will affect bitcoin cash for decades.
i doubt it would ever be able to do the flippening no matter who was behind unless its satoshi backing it up and he decided to dump his BTC for BCH. There are many decent players in the crypto game yet no other coin has been able to flip BTC because the mystery behind satoshi is what fascinates newbies the most and they always try to accumulate more BTC , its not the satoshis legacy that has made BTC this strong its actually the game plan laid by him. People will always consider BTC to be superior than altcoins because of the mysterious nature |

You're funny, I suppose you think that Bitcoin Kore and Blockstream are run by "a decent person with high morals and stability"? You need to think about what this means - a coin is not "run by a person", it's code that is executed by thousands of people working together. BTC/Kore/Blockstream, they were only able to fuck up the BTC code, and then spend almost a year convincing people to run that shitty code, using bribes, propaganda, and backstabbing backroom deals. This won't happen with BCH because the lies have been disproven. It's merely a matter of time before the markets flip... |
