What about bcc value?
I mean if for exemple btc is 2700 dollars the 1st of august , BCC can't be 300dollars or btc should decrease at 2400?
Is this the right way of looking at BCC?
in theory yes. Value cannot be generated from thin air. So the BCC value is likely to be deducted from its origin (BTC) - at least at the very first moments of its existence. After that markets take over. Or it will be deducted from Bitmain Pocket firstly. And after that Bitmain will decide

safest plan right now is to transfer btc to different reliable altcoins. Tether, monero, litecoin, dash are all good options

Interestingly, but the difficulty will remain the same as for the main Bitcoin network? Then the blocks will be in half a day.

There will be a huge difficulty adjustment but all the hashing power will probably be pretty much centralised

This will be interesting.
Be cautioned... I wouldn't keep BTC in any address that matches a privkey you import to this fork. You should send your BTC to a fresh address IMMEDIATELY after the split is proven... and never use that new privkey in the new coin.
Not saying for a fact there will be trouble... but due diligence demands protecting and separating these two.
Curious to see how the next two weeks goes... how much hashrate will BTC lose?

Agreed I already have a new wallet ready to transfer all my btc to before I even consider doing anything with this coin.

i don't think so, they have different market, the bcc market is another market, like you have different market, on different altcoin, bcc can have $300 of value while bitcoin remain at $2700, actually i think bitcoin will increase because people are buying more now to redeem the bitcoin cash, and bitcoin cash will decrease because these same people will dump their free bitcoin cash

I think I wait and see what direction it goes. Have a ABC node running to support the fork.

Did not knew coin.dance running countdown timer for fork. It's good but for better security it will better either move your coins now or wait for tomorrow events passed.

I got a question though. Perhaps I just didn't get it well at first place but segwit is supposed to result in a soft fork, right? And basically there should be just one currency, because if we have two 'bitcoins' then it is actually a hard fork already. What is bcc then? Is it potential currency is case of the hard fork? Then how does it have its price while being no premined and no ico thing? Or will bcc exist in any case and it will still somehow be a soft fork? Is bcc going to take btc's place and all the money will be transferred there? Or is it just in hard fork case?

BCH is a altcoin spinoff happening on aug 1st. It will never have anything to do with bitcoin (BTC). At this point I expect the BCH HF to occur and it isn't a bluff. I also expect the price of BCH to crash and remain just another altcoin with a small community of supporters

BCH is a spinoff happening on aug 1st. It will never have anything to do with bitcoin (BTC).
Nothing to do with Bitcoin other than it is a fork of Bitcoin. A continuation of Bitcoin. An improvement of Bitcoin. It is arguably a smaller change to legacy Bitcoin than is The SegWit Omnibus Changeset. Accordingly, if Bitcoin Cash is an alt, then so is SegWit. Of course, it will likely not exit the gate with the same level of support as legacy Bitcoin. So legacy Bitcoin will accordingly retain the mantle of 'The Bitcoin'. However, Bitcoin Cash is inherently capable of supporting all the use cases that core threw overboard to satisfy their Raspberry Pi fetish. Bitcoin Cash thereby has the potential to grow to subsume legacy Bitcoin's value. In which case, positions will flip, and Bitcoin Cash would assume the throne as 'The Bitcoin'. In such an event, legacy Bitcoin will need to find a new name. ( Some have suggested Bitcoindashjr. XD )
