BTC-e hacked ??

I don't understand how so called BTC-e new ETH address is getting constantly new incoming transfers.
Also bigger transfer about 10 hours ago, 54.635 Ether

Why would anyone want to throw there ETH coins to the address that is supposed to be under control of US?

Probably looking like a fed controlled wallet then, they collecting all coins form all places to one wallet/address.

On the Russian forum, they linked to a tweet with someone asking to send it back to them! :O

"Their wife was having twins in hospital and he had shaky hands and transferred to that wallet by mistake"  

No idea how he transferred to that address as it was a fresh one just a few days old for the new ETH?

Reading a few news articles around now and they are starting to ask questions about legit users funds and whats going to happen, rather than the "this was a laundry and only used for criminals sort of articles"

Likely the site will come back online with a different address offering everyone to withdraw with 40% fee in 90 days.......AND IF WE WAIT?....maybe less commission.

My analysis is that he wants to get back online and continue the trading site....likely comply enough not to get seized....likely also he has a $110,000,000 bill that he would rather fund by people selling/redeeming now than dipping into the profits of the last 6 six years as a cost of doing business.....call that a Russian mentality or non customer service attitude.....whatever.

I would ask that this proposition is clarified ..... communicate somehow that yes....you will take from unbelievers in the first 90 days 40% and charge normal fees for those who stayed......not sure the benefit. Dude: Your reputation is at stake and the next 10 years of commissions are down the tube......pay the fine....comply with the way you operate so they can't get a sealed indictment again....suck up the loss against all your profits and make money forever....smart move. Looks like they believe funds will be with authorities by their post. no ones knows, until either US publicly brag about their multi million dollar pillage or BTC-e somehow communicate with users.

On July 25, 11:00 the FBI staff came to the data center where our server equipment was located and seized all equipment, the servers contained databases and purses of our service.

Almost for 6 days we could not get from our hosting provider the sane information, what happened to our servers because of this information we publish only now.

July 28, the domain was confiscated.

To date, part of the service facility was arrested by the FBI

The next update will include information on what options are available to restore the service, and also the procedure for obtaining funds, in the event that the service is not started. In the current situation, if the service is not started before the end of August, then from September 1 we will start the process of refund.
In the next 1-2 weeks, we will evaluate and publish information about how much money fell into the hands of the FBI and what amount of funds is available for return.

For all those who buried us, I will remind you that the service has always worked on trust and we are ready to answer for it.
The funds will be returned to everyone!
