As far as I understod from when the ICO launched was that it was some technical problems which prohibited whitelisted participant to buy at bonus. They told everyone to go ahead and manually ensure whitelisted participants got their bonus. This is a good way to solve it from my opionion.

Gatecoin is quite good, you can check it out. But looking at the success of the ICO, I am sure other exchanges will follow soon. And you can still buy your tokens in the ICO and invest them later in a promising real estate property. So who needs an exchange?

Thanks to this company people will be able to invest in a fraction of a Real Estate asset with REAL Tokens and this investment will generate a rental income and the value appreciation of the goods will also be taken in consideration in the share of the revenues. It's good to see that people from all other the world will be able to invest in a fraction of a real estate. Moreover, thanks to the blockchain technology the fees will be reducted a lot compared to the traditional way so it means more profit for the investors.

Etherdelta front end is horrible but it's a decentralized exchange. You have the private key and every exchange takes place on ethereum smart contract.
This being said there is no risk of somebody running away with your money, seizure from authorities etc. There is no one behind it.

And profits will be shared when properties are sold. Though right now investors in the property do not have a say when a property is sold, in the future it would be a nice feature if you get voting rights when to sell a property. But i guess REAL will chose good moments to sell since it is in their best interest. A win-win.

Each overcome obstacles only makes me more aware of Real. Applicable in other countries for sure. It will be a reference in many other projects. Mainly where tourism reigns

don't sell your coin, you will get much profit when you hold it for 2-3 moths. why? after launch, REAL will be used to purchase real estate, and some market will adopted this token.

I agree your suggestion.. i also think like that..  i hope the investors can get huge profit for this REAL project.. and hope REAL will be better then another real estate ICO..

Real might hit 50k ETH before the crowdfunding ends, the possibility of hitting the hard cap is a little far for now but who knows anything is possible. if anyone wish to invest now is the time to do it. don`t wait until the last minute.

I don't think so, I actually like it and think it's pretty straight forward. You not been charged a ridiculous amount of transaction fee, just gas fee. Most ppl that dislike EtherDelta, haven't taken the time to play around with it. And like the poster above mentioned, you don't have to worry about an exchange closing shop and disappearing with your money.

Of course, that's true. But it is nice to see the value of your coins go up with time and most of the times it happens when the different coins also get listed on different exchanges Anyways, the cool part is of course that we can invest our REAL Tokens and get money back.
