I like the idea. However, I am not able to see if Real will be able to see enough gains in the business. Real Estate is a business based on trust on the developers. Will small players be able to make use of the platform?
Gain comes from Money. The Initial Cap comes from us. So where do you see the problem? They will get more money with their first real estates. (;

I'm really on the tip of my toes to see where this is going. It's also good to see that the price of ETH is rising again so that REAL will have more FIAT to play with.
They lost some millions during the whole China thing, but now they are getting them back. Just wait until its a good time to sell and invest in those nice properties. Cant wait to see the first contract signed Go live then They didn't lose anything, whole China thing only affected temporally price of ETH which will recover soon. Yes, its just a retracement for the beginning of another bullrun. Some people just want a cheap price to get in so they keep spreading the FUD.

They lost some millions during the whole China thing, but now they are getting them back. Just wait until its a good time to sell and invest in those nice properties. Yes, its just a retracement for the start of another bullrun. Pullbacks are healthy for market. In most cases there is strong bull run after correction.

Token holders will get a share of property income, and if it's wholesale, you even get your initial tokens you invested with back. It's a very lucrative enterprise! nice, as token holders we can get profit only for holding REAL token, right? It's a little different from dividends, you don't get paid just for having REAL in your wallet, you need to PARTICIPATE IN THE INVESTMENT of a real estate property WITH your REAL tokens, is like buying a share of the property using the tokens, and you will only get a share of the profits from the RENTAL of said property in the amount of the share you put into it; imagine you have 2000 REAL, and you only use 1000 REAL to participate in the investment of a real estate, then that 1000 REAL will represent the share you have over that particular property, your remaining 1000 REAL that you have in your wallet, won't give you any profits at all, unless you put them into another property to have part of the shares of it, then this 1000 REAL will give you the profits from the rental of this other property, which for being different ones, the amount you receive will be different. So in theory it will be better to invest in real estate for long term profit, but if u want quick cash, maybe it will be wiser just to hold tokens and sell them when the price goes up. Any investor should always hold their tokens at least for one year. Real will have one advantage that you'll get dividends in ETH regularly That's what I always say wait at least one year and let the team develop their project. Good projects need time especially real estate related ones.

Yeah, mostly these drawbacks are made by people that just recently got into cryptos, so they panic, the ones that are here long enough, took advantage to buy cheap again, now that is going up again, it will go up very fast, and REAL will benefit from it A LOT, because this time, eth will rise more than before , REAL is a good project that has a lot of support and a good conept, this will go well .

You exchange your REAL tokens for R.P.P (REAL Property Participation). Real invests in acquisitions of property and offers participation to platform users. A contract is created called an R.P.C (REAL Property Contract), which is a smart contract for the physical property. You make money from your initial investment, based upon rental income, or property sales, and property appreciation value. If it's a property sale, you will receive all of your invested tokens back, as soon as the property is sold, plus profit from the sale. All of this information is listed in their white paper, I believe!

(; The entire idea of the platform is that small players can join in. Instead of needing several 100k to buy a property, you can buy 1 or 2k of REAL tokens and invest that in a property. It opens up the real estate market to practically everyone!

The real system is really good, use the platform to invest in real estate is really a good idea. We will be able to put our real token on the platform, then team will buy some properties and we will earn eth in return depending on the value. Its really great for all of us who want to invest in real estate but can't cause the first invest is to expensive. Now with real we can do it easily with real.

The thing is, people shorted btc and eth, plus after China/JPMorgan FUD prices are going up and investors are trusting btc again. I know that a lot of investors wait for this type of movements to invest but if a ICO is good, is good, REAL collected 35k ETH already, other ICOs have nothing to show

We will be able to put our real token on the platform, then team will buy some properties and we will earn eth in return depending on the value. Its really great for all of us who want to invest in real estate but can't cause the first invest is to expensive. Now with real we can do it easily with real.

Ar the rate the market is growing, it will help A LOT the ICO, and it will just make our investment worth more, so don't be afraid to invest, real estates are a very secure investment decision, plus the profits form rentals we will get, this is a sweet deal .
