Real estate  systems in recent time are very popular here and it is very difficult with such a variety of almost similar  projects to create something that is  completely different from the others. However this  one seems doing its best.

eth and bitcoin are going slowly up,so i think people restart massive investments in ico by buying tokens so also this ico/project will reach easy hard cap in my opinion...

If they follow thru with their promises, the investment will be in high end properties and this tend to be immune( or at least find a way to stay buoyant) to deviations in the market

We can say that the ico is a nice sucess and will continue to raise money, we even could reach the hard cap, so much investors who like the concept of Real, earn ether with an invest in real estate, the real platform will know a great sucess for sure.

No my friend REX is a listing service,  decentralized Multiple Listing Service (MLS), isn't a platform where you buy shares of a property and gain profits from rental incomes and future resells

The plan is to start in Spain, then expand to other countries. so if everything goes right, there will be ample opportunities to invest in several countries

It could be possible over the course of app development since such features would be beneficial to the token holders.

Do you also plan to contact important influencers of the real estate industry? In Germany there are some very influential real estate gurus like Gerald Hörhan or Thomas Knedel. Both have built their own communities and an extremely wide reach. I think it is important to build a bridge between crypto and the normal real estate investors by connecting targeted influencers in every country.
