I have seen a lot of ICO in the past and see the progress they make, last minute investors are a thing of the past now because of the incentives given in the early stage of ICO, the whales have already bought in we are just waiting for the few that are still in doubt in investing.
Bonus was 25% and now it is 20%. There is not of difference between the bonuses actually. Exactly, therefore it's absolutely possible that there will be some more last minute investors. Yes, unfortunately the tokensale have practically stopped, 40k still probably gain, but more are already unlikely .. |

With a small difference in bonuses (as here 25% and 20%), there really is a high probability that not all the whales have invested.
So even you should expect a lot of investment in REAL.

If we have a look at previous token sales. We always see a jump the last couple of days. I also suspect that REAL will have less whales, although only REAL knows how many very big investors have bought in. Anyway REAL is in my opinion a token to hold for the long term. |

Yes i think too we will see an increase of invest in the last days and hours of the ico, we see that on a lot of previous ICO.
Real already raised a pretty good amount but I think we can continue like that, the project really deserve it and will make awesome things with our money.

Their team is flexible and i believe they will know how to take advantage of the situation. Yes, they wont reach their goal but 36k ETH is a nice amount of money and since they have years of experience in this field, they can make nice profit from this. |

REAL is a pretty good name for the project, we will have real asset in real estate with a crypto platform. This sound so good, im really impatient to start to use the platform and earn my first eth as dividend.
The name does make it harder to talk about the project. I contstantly use the word 'real' when i refer to the assets backing to token. |

Cool project, great idea! I am just wondering about the legality implications of this. The token would in essence serve as a security, which is not legal in most territories.  I do however wish you best of luck. |

Investors are not always behind bonuses. Say you can have a 25% bonus being an early investor but the project dumps a 75% on starting? Bad news. But investing with a 5% bonus on a solid project that can go 100% - that's the game.

totally right. otherwise the dev could dump all 36k eth and earn the half of it, so at the end they would have 100% from ico and 50% from drop, too, do start their business fully, but the investors would be the dumbs and they would loose real interest. |

The minimum contribution for the pre-sale were 100 ETH, they raised 25 000 ETH in just about 9 hours. So the biggest part of their money came from big investors during the pre-sale. |

But anything can happen. Some investors prefer to take actions at the last minutes. I wouldn't be too worried about it. A project can still do very well even if it doesn't hit the cap. The REAL (see what I did there?) work starts after the ICO. Thats when we will start to find out what sort of potential this token has. |

I think percent of dividends will depend of from the one in which object of real estate you invest. Or no?
people will receive dividents from profit in real estate rent as i know. So its will be not fixed I think.

people will receive dividends based on what they choose to invest in using tokens and the rate of profit that asset generates. |

Also the maintance costs will be detract before the dividend will be paid. But I am not sure, after this, will the full income be paid to token holders or will there be a fixed percentage taken for the team? |
