does that mean my coins is now safe or do i still need to transfer the coins to my paper wallet that does not seem possible right now because the website is offline?

What is problem?

Your settings are correct the "problem" is over flooding the server caused by a few thousand multiple logins by all the miners base

It would appear I have received the coins I purchased in my mobile wallet. I have not received the coins from my referrals yet, which totalled 4 times the amount I purchased.
My mobile miner just has a timer still, showing a positive countdown(up?)
 I assume this is due to congestion and referral payout being done after investments. I've very glad to see the devs being so active and constantly updating and helping people.
Everyone remember that this time is chaotic. 300,000 users all at once would overload any website or program at launch! Be patient and work together.

Wow devs are very active in the forum right now. I expect things to go well over the coming weeks. Website issues were to be expected by anyone that has much knowledge of the internet. Updates to the site as blockchain goes live. potentially 300k users all trying to access at the same time. yeah things are going to happen, but the devs are on it and updating progress through the forums.

1. The pin is very hard to type on phone. There should be clear boxes for numbers. This must fix!

oooh! When Windows pool miner goes live (v1.1 BETA) it will start reporting as a virus for some people - it's important to be ready for that - it is SAFE - there is NO virus - but all miners get used by hackers to make money - so you might have to set an exception in anti - virus.

1. Go to this page https://downloads.electroneum.com
2. Download the specified miners for CPU mining and/or GPU mining

3. Create a txt file for each with this line :
For CPU mining : minerd -a cryptonight -o stratum+tcp://eupool.electroneum.com:3333 -u YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -p x
For GPU mining : ccminer -o stratum+tcp://eupool.electroneum.com:3333 -u YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -p x

4.Rename the extension of both .txt files to .bat.
5. Click them and run the miner.
6.Be patient , there will be connection errors at this time as everybody is trying to mine.

Ps : You can also use any miner you want not only those in Electroneum site , as long as they are optimized for cryptonight algo like XMR STAK CPU , XMR STAK NVIDIA , OR XMRIG.
