Gamekey will be success. And users can use
rigs for mining they can now use it as Game servers and make more profit  Smiley
I also think that the gaming industry is a very profitable business. I think the company will succeed Cool

So, at first it will be testing mining for big companies? How about small miners? Can they compete with big companies anderan some money?

Home miners have the potential benefit of being geographically closer to the gamer than Playkey's large datacenters. But the downside of a lower reliability and limited network bandwidth.

Yes im also sure that playkey will be a big sucess, the platform already make benefit and has a working product, it’s totaly incredible for an ico to already have a working product, and the gaming market is so big, I’m sure a lot of gamers will use playkey.

And also the limited games a miner could get working, miners will only choose the more popular games to host because they would be more clients for them, the list of games will be small at the beginning, and will only increase as more miners join in.

Having a finished product before ICO is the way to success. So they raised almost $5 million. I'm sure, for the remaining time will collect all the planned amount.

Having a working product attracts a lot of investors. I can talk for me, I only invest in working products.

You can always buy some kind of cheap Chinese smart TV box. They are pretty good and costs something like 30$ Cool

They are not available in my country. If you want to have a smart tv, you should at least pay 300$ for it. But I have one so no problem for me Smiley

I haven't heard of this before and I don't think its available in my country either. I can imagine people from the African continent are having the same issue. Asia is more tech than the rest of the world

I think you can order from Alibaba from all countries... You might need to pay some import tax but that's still relatively low Smiley

As I have known that nowadays Playkey team has collected 14 662 ETH. It is equal to $4 586 299. And the hard cap is about 140 000 Eth, am I right?

well, i dont think that they will every hit the hard cap during the ico. the hard cap is just hilariously tooo high... maybe 10 000 000$ at most 20million but not more than that.

It is an amazing project but I agree with you that hard cap is too high. Still, i believe they will raise a respectable amount of funding.
maybe you all are right the project is solid, the idea is valid, but they set for the ico a hard cap too high, yes they raise an important amount of funding but the hard cap is almost impossible to reach...

PLAYKEY crowdsale is doing great and already got 59% sold during its first 5 days. I hope this will all be sold out even before it ends on November 30.

It looks like it does, imho bitcoin getting is too hot to hold right now, and it's slowly going back to alts, icos or fiat. Least that's what i am doing

I agree, I just hope when Bitcoin goes down again it doesn't take the price of the alts with it again ...
But Bitoin is heading for a major correction imo.

It might be a good idea of Playkey to do the ICO before the fork .. when I think about it ..

the best time is after the ICO when bitcoin is going down and people are looking for alts to put their money in.

How will the game be implemented on a smart TV.
Maybe they will need an app for smart TVs. Does anybody know more about this?
I somewhere read that they release their console

Are you serious? That is where it all fell apart for OnLive before Sony bought their remains.

I hope PlayKey learns of their mistakes https://www.theverge.com/2012/8/28/3274739/onlive-report

yep, i can remember that shit Smiley

it was running damn well. the infrastructure of onlive was pretty good and provided suberb quality with low latency trough the network. but the audience was not ready for stuff like this, so it went down pretty fast. sony bought the dead sheep and implemented the technique on their platform and now we have "playstation now".

I also remember. I even tried playing it on my smartphone )
The experience was not great. Too many lags.
It was too early for something like that. The technology wasen't ready (lags) and the console has no sense.

If I'm going to play in streaming why should I spend more money buying a console? There are already consoles on the market.

With decentralized streaming maybe we won't need high-end pc or a last gen console in the future.

It will be just an old laptop, a TV or a smartphone. We'll see.

How many stages are there in the ICO.
Now almost 60% in bonus stage 1. How many bonus stages are there?

Not just any old laptop or TV. The devices need the proper decoding chips to process the video and audio stream.

The ability to play AAA titles on obsolete/old/non-gaming (Mac) hardware (min. requirements: CPU >= 1.5 GHz (for Video Adapter with H.264 hardware decoding support));

Yes the token sale of playkey go very well, and it will continue I think. The project really deserve it, a lot of people enjoy it and support it, gaming market is very huge and the concept of playkey is disruptive.

Not really sure how many stages there are but the whitepaper states that the bonus will decrease from 15% to 1.3%.
