It was their mistake (
They must have android demo-version before crowdsale. Most of investors have android, not Iphone

As an android and an iphone owner, i prefer android, and i really would see that datum market would mostly construct by android users. People affording new iphones aren't the target audience for selling their data. They really don't need pocket chance so much.

Since everybody is speculating about android and IOS users, I looked up this info

I dont know why people think Apple is winning this market Cheesy I like graphs though, keep posting more!

I'm not sure if having the Android version of the demo would made a better ICO.
They offer enough to see the potential of this project.

Only 4 days left for this ICO!
ICO did well in these hard times. Great work devs!

In my opinion it will change nothing, people who want to contribute already contributed. I'm expecting and android app after ICO though

I hope they will see this and listen to our advice. Its clear that majority of people are using android and it would be a logical decision to present android version first.

Android market will be even bigger in the future but I would find it great if somebody would build a mobile ubuntu version.

One thing you people may be forgetting is that historically iOS users were more likely to spend more money on online purchases compared to Android users. Maybe the demographics are shifting toward Android now though with flagship Android smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S8. But as of now iOS is still ahead.

https://www.statista.com/statistics/259510/revenue-distribution-between-the-apple-app-store-and-google-play/

And these statistics only look at app purchases, not the kind of purchases Soma facilitates.

There would be a rush if the ICO stopped after the forks but now people will rather have there money on Bitcoin then on an ICO.
I still think they are making a mistake Smiley, I dont believe in a value for Bitcoin Gold and think the segwit fork will be cancelled... but as you all know! Everything is possible in the crypto world! Cheesy

If the majority of the revenue generating Soma users (although we still do not know what business model is going to generate that revenue!) are on iOS, then why build a demo on Android? Because the potential investors are on Android? Have we fallen so deep we are now creating apps for investors instead of paying users?

I would also appreciate an Android app as I have an android phone but I think it isn't that important. They can show us the functions on youtube.

I still don't understand why they are hesitating to make an official preview of soma mobile application, even for iOS  Undecided

I haven't figured out it yet also. And how SCT will gain value overtime if it's not the "exclusive" crypto currency of the platform

These numbers are a bit well how should I say it .. not exactly what they are proposing to be.

It is indeed a fact that there are a lot more android phones than iOS, however you need to take this with a grain of salt.
A lof of android users use almost none of their smartphone options..
Another poll stated that IOS users install more apps and use them a lot more than a regular android user.

It should be a matter of time. I think the project team still has some leeway for not releasing the previews and the android version, so we should be patient for a little while longer.
