Have you tried setting your fan to like 40% and does it still ramp up and down with the new update? Or is it at a constant fan speed now with the new update? Want to see if it's worth the headache updating or not since you need to disassemble each Baikal just to get the sd card out to flash.

anyone having issues with suprnova? i have 2 miners pointed there, worker 1 seems fine reporting the proper hashrate but worker 2 is only reporting around 1 GH/s even though the baikal status page is showing full power
edit: also which seems to be the best port or is everyone using :7722

https://i.imgur.com/iPyKOFI.pngMy miner seems to have a high amount of discarded, anybody know what it is? Or have a high number like mine? I'm on supernova pool if that helps. Discards arent anything to worry about , your miner just chose to favor newer work so it discards the old. Only rejects are what you need to worry about. Your HW Errors are 0% thats excellent. You dont need to worry about any thing else.

Can you tell me how to update? I took the SD card out of the miner. When connecting it to my computer (Windows) it showed two Partitions. One is called "Boot" the other one is called "SDHC". Which one do i have to choose in the DiskImager Tool?

Idecray finds more blocks more often because they have more hash power. So it may look like your not earning as often on supr.

I used a new SD card so I can't tell for sure, but when you write an image to an SD Card, it is formatted anyway. So it shouldn't really matter which Partition you choose.

Hi All,
Have had masive problems with X10 miners dropping connection, - no devices running & 11 connection refused.
I have used firmware from the BK GitHub, still the same. Can anyone confirm if this is new Firmware for fixing these issues or if it is just the firmware we have available in general?
I have tried updating and still the same. Driving to the Datacentre every day to manually re-boot miners that dropped out.

what is your setup? does each of you units have their own power supply? or are you sharing power supplies? what kin dof power supply are you using? did you make sure that each unit has its own worker? are you using the monitoring program? how hot are you running them? are you keeping it under 40 degrees c?

OK maybe not confirmed lol. I hear the file in the Goog Drive may be only from yesterday? If so give it a whirl! i will be I have 2 on their own PSU, and 2 together on 1 PSU. Bitmain APW3++ psus. Doesnt seem to matter TBH. I had 3 on 1 psu, thought it was that and changed it but they still go down. even with 1 psu.

sounds like you have a faulty orange-pi, get a replacement unit or just purchase an extra pi from them.

Some funny guy reported the pool as "malicious content" because of the miner downloads and google blocked it because of that request...
It should be back online without the warning in a few hours

What do you mean? Like when you navigate to the https:// url it doesn't work? I'm able to access it just fine. Maybe it's fixed now?

Just received my 2 Giant X10 at last! It wasn't that late, taking into consideration the Holidays period! 1st, lets hope for operations with minimal problems as it seems to cause lots of them 2nd, any one would like to propose a pool to point these midgets? Thanks and hope you all happy mining! ra_XOr

What do you mean? Like when you navigate to the https:// url it doesn't work? I'm able to access it just fine. Maybe it's fixed now? google gives a warning that the site may not be secure. but suprnova put a tweet out saying someone reported them or they got flagged something like that but everything is safe and theyre sorting it out. ive still been getting payed out just fine.
