Same here. I'm in UK and I didn't have any customs issues (and it was opened and checked).

I think Baikal mark it as a power supply. Not sure a CE is required for power supplies?

Try to exchange the Pi of two machines, which comes from the official After-sale service.

if I change SD card, do you think it solved the problem

What was the value that baikal put on the invoice for customs purposes? How much vat did you have to pay?

I didn't keep the paperwork, but my e-receipt shows I paid £43 to customs (via DHL). That would be for VAT and handling fee.

In my friend's case they've asked for a money transfer proof (full value)and now they are looking for CE cert

Hi all. Has anyone got a x10 CE certificate copy? Customs has stopped it and said that it will not be released and will be destroyed if I wont provide CE certificate.

I really don‘t think you need a CE-label, because it hasn’t a power supply built in. That’s the first point.

Second it is low voltage 12V, so there is no danger coming with it.

The CE label is ridiculous because no one proof‘s it, you can print it everywhere.

Asicminermarket is a scam, don't order anything from them!

I Baught many X10 from Asicminersmarket and they delivered batch 2 faster then Baikal. My order from Asicminermarket was sent on the 12 of december arrived on the 18 og december while Baikal arrived on 27 of december (this is all for Batch 2). I did pay a bit more when buying from Asicminermarket.... caling them an outright scam is a bit though... My experience with them has been excellent atleast.

I Baught many X10 from Asicminersmarket and they delivered batch 2 faster then Baikal. The first orders on Asicminermarket i made works fine. Deliverytime to Germany 3-4 Days, but the last order I made, 2 Giant+ Wasn’t fine.
They told that miners are in Stock. After buy and 2 weeks without any Information I asked them, what’s about my miners, answer on same day - Out of Stock. 2 weeks later they send me a shipping Notifikation. miners arrived a few days later, but both miners was damaged and used. One of them worked only on 1 Board with 0,7 GH and 100% Powerconsumption.. After testing them I mailed to them and told that the miners are used, damaged and 1 of them didn’t work, and I would like send them back.
They answered and asked what’s the problem with the miner and if the blue lights are on.
I told them that only 1 light is on. After this mail I didn’t receive any answer.
I contacted them via email, Twitter, Facebook, Skype. no answer. No money back, no new miners..

When your miners work fine, you can buy. But when you have a problem, it’s your Problem.

I will never buy anything on Asicminermarket.com

He is a Hero Member, apparently seller look reasonable so i placed order for Giant B in first batch.
hoping for the best.
Will post my review when i get in end of January.
