I am mining since 2-3 weeks there.  Only just now switched to payout in bitcoin, because all altcoins drops.
And since yesterday qubitcoin is disabled and earnings goes up!  I am sure it will stay so without qubitcoin.

How can you tell when myr-gr is more profitable for example? does profit switching not work so well on starpool?

If that is the case, then the whole profit switching isn't actually working the way it's suppose to work. Just by disabling a coin shouldn't increase profits or the profit switching isn't doing it's job correctly by mining the most profitable coin.

I saw this happen at another time before the whole VERGE mining with Myriad groestl gone public.

hashrefinery.com was one of the early pools that had VERGE on Myriad groestl but it rarely mined on VERGE, even though, it was super profitable then any other coin. Once I realized that it wasn't mining correctly the most profitable coin, I mined VERGE be itself only.

So I am guessing that the YAAMP pool software tries to spread the hashrate around instead of just mining the most profitable.

You are right.  There are some ajustings not right and also understanding of multipool.

If one coin is wrong adjusted by pool in profitability, you do not earn something.


Multipool switch always to profitable coin.  If in a short time the block is not end and there is a new most profitable coin, multipool switch to the next one!!!
Fazit:  If you have many coins, multipool switch always to next one and you do not earn nothing if the block not find.


And another Fazit:  If more people mine on multipool on one algorithm, we find more blocks in a short time and mine always profitable coins!  And everybody get they % of block. At current time is QUBIT the most profitable algo!  That is still my opinion!!!

If you try to switch between more algorithms you will lose good block, because profitswitching switch it every time.

I tryed it some weeks.   Choose one profitable algorithm and use it and you will get more!

At the current time is Qubit algorithm the best one for X10!
