Very nice, thank you for this.
The excel spreadsheet export/import was needed, and it works in openoffice too.
Makes things a lot easier.
Great, I am glad that you like it. Hi,

Jep, sure. I've put it on the list together with a lot of other exchanges. We will start including them in the next weeks. Best, Dario

Hi haggis,
the thing is, that crypsy has much more coins as our trading system. But we support them all in the Easy Enter function.
The best thing would be to include all altcoins from cryptsy's balance site into Easy Enter. But we try really hard to include all of them into the trading system and creating API imports for cryptsy and other major exchanges.
Best wishes, Dario
Hi Dario, saw your answer a bit lately Nice to hear that. I was thinking about a mechanism which doesn't force you to "code" any support for any coin into your system. Just calling the APIs and creating new tables (depending on your DB modeling) for each unknown coin dynamically. Just my thoughts, don't know how complicated it is to implement such function into the current code. Another problem could be security if the APIs are not read-only. Never had a look at them, though. Cheers

Cheers Hey, sorry for the late resonse, yeah, that's exaclty what we are doeing right now. The old layout was designed to work only with a few cointypes. The Easy Enter function is the only thing that updates automatically if there is a new altcoin. As soon the new site will be released, we will be able to track every altcoin out there and every wallet (not only Bitcoin wallets) All the coins from cryptsy and other exchanges will be included. It's a really really big step. Best, Dario

CoinReporting is an awesome site. Just what I needed. Thanks Dario!
Edit: I forgot to mention earlier, it's sad to see Indian rupee (INR) is not one of the fiat currencies on your site. I'm having to convert all my INR amounts to USD at the time of entering my my trades. Which makes the process a bit tedious. Besides that, I love the site.

Hi KJBit, thanks a lot for your feedback. Well, let us put INR on the FIAT list for v2, which will be launched soon :-) Best wishes, Dario

CoinReporting v1 has become CoinTracking.infoDear CoinTracking / CoinReporting users, since the 26th of June 2015, CoinTracking.info is seperated from CoinReporting.com. As you may know, in January 2014 we changed the name from MY-BTC.INFO to CoinReporting.com and worked on a new full-featured bookkeeping for digital currencies. After the new CoinReporting v2 tool was finished, we moved the previous CoinReporting version to v1.coinreporting.com. Since both pages now represent different businesses (CoinTracking mainly for individuals and CoinReporting for business customers), we decided in June 2015 to separate both services. Through this restructuring, we can better meet the needs of our users. We are very pleased with this decision and will expand, optimize and adapt CoinTracking.info further to customer requirements. The other page, CoinReporting, will now be fully managed by Action Verb, LLC. As a user of CoinTracking, you can export your trades to CoinReporting at any time. To cut a long story short: If you have a CoinTracking question, ask us. If you have a CoinReporting question, ask them ;-) Of course, any upgrades purchased from CoinReporting v1 will be valid on CoinTracking. All your trades and userdata were of course also adopted to CoinTracking. Thanks for your trust in over 2 years and best regards from Munich, Dario Now let's come to the cool part!We do have a lot of new CoinTracking Features! - Completely new interface for the entry and inline editing of trades - New interactive Tradelist - New Email Reportings - Significantly better charts and calculations of the trades are now 20 times faster than on the old v1 page - New API Jobs for Kraken, BTC-E, Bitstamp and the BTC Wallet - New Kraken CSV Import - Balance Site now working for Users with thousands of trades - New Export function into Excel, CSV, PDF... directly from the "Enter Coins" Table - Hundreds of bugfixes I really hope you like the new features. And a lot of new cool functions will be released soon. If you have any questions, please let me know. Best regards, Dario

Finally we're done! CoinTracking now supports all 3189 existing Coins, all real Currencies and even Commodities.
No longer limited to one main currency per account. Import your trades and CoinTracking completely automatically shows the value of all coins, currencies and commodities in many new and interactive charts.
Over the past 5 weeks, I've spent every free minute in order to rewrite the entire trading system. With the new release now all wishes will be fulfilled, which were open since 2013.
- Trades in any real currency (like: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, CNY ...) can now be tracked. No more limitations on the currency of the account. - All Coins can now be tracked. No matter how rare they are. We have all current and historical prices. - Trading of commodities like gold, silver, palladium, etc ... is now also no problem - The charts are interactive with significantly more options - No more problems with >10,000 trades. Even in the endurance test with 500,000 trades everything runs fast and stable - Reduce the calculation time by a factor of 10-20 - New Dashboard and presentation of realized and unrealized gains
With this big release, the way is now open for many more evaluations such as - Trades per exchange - Fees per time / Exchange - Purchases of Shares (as NXT) - And very much more
I'm damn happy with the result and 'm already working on new stuff for CoinTracking.
Hope you like it, best, Dario

Shortly before Christmas, here a few more releases
Big expansion of the Tax-Tool - Selection of an exchange - Selection by groups - Interactive Balance Chart for the selected tax year - Calculation of profit and/or gain - Reports for missing purchase pools - and much more
Early in 2016 further functions, as a CSV export for financial softwares, will be released.
Bitcoin Public Address Scan In addition to the Bitcoin Address Scan you can now also scan whole wallets. To do so, just enter the Extended Key / Master Public Key (e.g. from Electrum) (starts with "xpub...") and all your inputs (and if desired also all outputs) will be tracked and recorded as a trade in CoinTracking.
At the moment this is just a balance checker. In the next weeks I will expand the function, so that also all previous trades can be imported at a time.
Further optimizations - Importer Upgrades - Update of exporting directly from the trades table on the "Enter Coins" page - and more...
It was a great and exciting year 2015. Thank you for numerous ideas and suggestions.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Best regards, Dario
