Hi I'm reaching out to get some help. I added my tokens DNT some times ago and since my track is completely wrong with -152,488,174.22 DNT added! Also the max trades is reached but no way I did more than even 400 trades, my NEO is also negatives and my BAT is counted double.... A real mess, I can't rely on at all, while I purchased the PRO version..... Is there a way to delete all the entry and start from 0? Or is there any other solution to get the good amounts right in my overview? Thnanks
Hello! You can do this by navigating to "Account>Account Settings" and then clicking on the option "Delete all or specific data" on the top right corner. If you are logged in in CoinTracking you can also follow this link: https://cointracking.info/box/trade_edit.php?width=600&height=510Hope this helps. Regards.

@double_dee: Seems like you have downloaded the wrong file from Coinbase. Can you please try it with the "Buys, sells, and merchant payouts" export. This one will work. @cryptonono: Or you can simply use the "Bulk delete/edit" button on the Enter Coins page to delete all transactions Dario

thanks Dario. getting closer. i found i can use the 'transaction history' cvs as long as i specify it at the time of import. didn't notice that before. the report you suggested worked as well. after i imported, my LTC cost per unit is correct, but my BTC cost is not. never mind on that, i just noticed why... it is taking into account the fee. my manually entered deposits in USD aren't showing up correctly. never mind again, one of my imports put in a 'withdraw' along w/ the 'trade' so it deducted the USD 2x. but i still do not quite understand the the 'trade value' and 'edit asset value' lines in the manual coin entry/edit portion.

Thank you for the further question. To calculated the correct Un/Realized Gains/Losses (also to make everything tax compliant), it is necessary for us to convert both assets to the original Fiat value at the time of transaction. We give our users the ability to edit trade prices (USD at the time of transaction) manually, so they are able, to use their custom values. Since we are using so much different data from different sources, for so many different Coins, it can happen that our system sets the wrong/another value sometimes, because of wrong/different history data. But we are already working on a much better solution. If you need more specific information in coherence with your account and data, please open up a ticket, so we are able to help you in the best possible way. https://cointracking.info/feedback.phpI hope it helps. Best regards, Keven

Best regards, Keven so, for example, i buy some BTC from a site that adds a premium to the cost. the 'list' price is $4000 but i pay $4050. technically, my cost basis is $4050, but according to the data you pull from, it should be $4000? so i can go in and edit the values to correctly reflect what i actually paid? i don't know if it's correct, but i had read one could use the 'daily avg' price as a cost basis (as long as you use the same method ALL the time). this seems like it would be a lot easier since the price changes so much, and would smooth out pricing inconsistencies.

I am trying to track my BCH transactions. I would assume I could just add the addresses as an 'alt coin wallet import' but BCH is not listed in the drop down.
Is tracking of BCH addresses not supported yet?

Feature Request - in Trade Analysis we need check boxes where we can select/deselect entries like Poloniex has. Otherwise this feature has little use to those who trade frequently (bots), there are many times we are in the middle of a trade but would like to see performance of particular trade(s). These don't fall in date windows either. Something like this below where the Trade Analysis is only done on the checked pair(s)...
[ ] DASH/BTC Buy 0.08976487 0.09766193 DASH 0.00002186 BTC (0.25%) 0.00876661 BTC Bittrex Bender BOTS 27.08.2017 02:32:04 [X] DASH/BTC Sell 0.08678249 0.10166279 DASH 0.00002211 BTC (0.25%) 0.00882255 BTC Bittrex Bender BOTS 26.08.2017 19:56:43 [X] DASH/BTC Buy 0.08621483 0.10166279 DASH 0.00002185 BTC (0.25%) 0.00876484 BTC Bittrex Bender BOTS 26.08.2017 18:10:55 [ ] DASH/BTC Sell 0.08720144 0.10226012 DASH 0.00002234 BTC (0.25%) 0.00891723 BTC Bittrex Bender BOTS 26.08.2017 16:46:06 [ ] DASH/BTC Buy 0.08570878 0.10226012 DASH 0.00002185 BTC (0.25%) 0.00876459 BTC Bittrex Bender BOTS 26.08.2017 16:25:27
Extra cool points if we could see percentage gain/loss!
This feature would be very attractive to a couple thousand people that I know of for sure. Thanks for your consideration.

Anyone else having trouble with Coinbase not sending the right fees when the API is used (or CoinTracking importing wrong?)? I just setup the Coinbase API and had previously used the CSV export to import transactions. I was going through to delete the duplicate transactions and found that on all the transactions that had come through the API (luckily i had labeled them API) the fees are wrong, always too low. Example: Recent transaction I paid 1.86 in fees according to Coinbase website and the CSV export. However when the Coinbase API imported the transaction into CoinTracking the fee came in at 1.71. Every single API transaction imported has a fee that is too low, always seems to be .15 too low from what I can tell.

Listed on CoinTracking since 2 days @shunyata: Both the CSV and the API are showing the fees. I haven't seen and problems with the fees so far. But hey, it's Coinsbase, so you never know. You can be happy if the Coinbase data is correct at all Can you please create a support ticket and I will take a look. Thanks Dario

Dario, some help please, I'm an Unlimited user.
I've gone back through all my transactions (900+) and everything looks good, for example the Poloniex API has imported all deposits, withdrawals and trades including lending. Except for Bitfinex, there the API has brought in deposits and withdrawals but the only trades are coin exchanges, none of the lending trades have come in (there should be dozens).
The Bitfinex API has read permission for everything. The CoinTracking API import has ticks for Trades, Deposits and Withdrawals.
Any suggestions?

Hey, Yes, the Bitfinex API can currently only import trades, deposits and withdrawals. But no lendings. I will check the API soon and I will add all lendings if they are supported by Bitfinex Best, Dario

Hi Dario,
I am trying out CoinTracking, and trying to import from Kraken.
I have followed the instructions, exporting a ledger and ticking "select all" in the field selection, as directed on the import page.
The import fails, however. I get this error message on every row:
Error: We couldn't find a timestamp. This trade will not be imported. Error: We couldn't find a buy or a sell value. This trade will not be imported.
Has Kraken changed its Export format or something?
Thanks Ombur

Hey, Kraken will probably not change the export format in 100 years Sounds to me like you have exported the "trades" CSV file from Kraken instead of the "ledgers" CSV file. Can you please double check you have exported and imported the "ledgers" file. This one will work. Best, Dario

Hi Dario,
I am having difficulties understanding why I have discrepancies between the balance shown at cointracker and my actual holdings. To give you the most simple and obvious example:
I have deposited $20k, $20k and $100 to one exchange. This is the only exchange I have deposited fiat to and I have not made any fiat withdrawals or transfers, only used it to buy coins. All three deposits show up nicely with fees and everything in my trade list on CT. However, on my CT dashboard under current balances it says $663.54 and on the exchange it says 630.05 (I have $6 in my sub account but I'm pretty sure the API is only associated with my main account). I have also checked all transactions and they are all there with fees and everything. Do you have any suggestion to what could cause this discrepancy?
Furthermore, when I untick 'Add Deposits & Withdrawals to remaining amount' my USD balance is $2097.33. This also confuses me a lot.
Current balances on my dashboard is the same as remaining amount with 'Add Deposits & Withdrawals to remaining amount' unticked (u)nrealized gains - correct?
