I can't connect again as of 20 minutes ago. I connect just fine to other pools with the same config. I was connected just fine before that. I connected and reconnected a few times to try out a new config. But now I can't get in with any config. Even with a fresh cgminer. Other pools connect just fine with all my configs. Any ideas? Is it just me?

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has lost coins when cashing out on theblocksfactory.   At about 1:15 p.m. e.s.t. on 12/21 I cashed out with a 50 coin balance.  I got the message that my coins would be processed:

Your manual withdrawal request of 50.0983116 HBN to the following address: EvkbnCNXHh2XEz29yPoU6FZJH9wbNvNsTd will be processed within 1 minute

I watched my wallet but the coins never showed up but the coins were removed from my balance on the pool site.  I checked my transaction log:

Here are the last three transactions with the 50 coin transaction never actually sending:

3176838   2013-12-21 23:07:21   Debit_ATP   d2a4dd5af46ca116d8cbef13195c0cb228a1862d244b6a827abf037b1b83f61e(EvkbnCNXHh2XEz29yPoU6FZJH9wbNvNsTd)      -0.03739489
3176684   2013-12-21 23:06:11   Debit_ATP   f91e626e9184a33c6f879eeb1f933c4ba7514a9833f32e4851056fe43268d6e6(EvkbnCNXHh2XEz29yPoU6FZJH9wbNvNsTd)      -5.57912206
3167186   2013-12-21 19:15:19   Debit_ATP   5f8960929a8ba1c49c59a562811aef778b0e59f118339bfbb597339217faf3c8(EvkbnCNXHh2XEz29yPoU6FZJH9wbNvNsTd)      -50.0983116

I checked the Block Explorer and there is no record of the transaction.  The site was up and down but was up when I cashed out but I'm guessing it must have gone down again or been experiencing problems at the time I attempted to withdrawal my funds.   I wonder if the site can check their balances and find the missing coins?  Anyone else seen this?

I've had no issues receiving coins. I have only had issues with connection the last couple days. I cash out under 10 though.

Unfortunately for me my 2nd rig won't auto reconnect and logmein doesn't seem to work. So it will be down until I return from out of town. Sucks that it went down the same day I left.. So it's just opened with CG miner hashing away at nothing.

for some reason
every day i wake up and i find some of my rigs are not mining on wdc

cgminer looks connected but they are not mining i have to close cgminer and restart it

we have 3 different locations with rigs and all of them have this issue

we are also mining net and none of them is losing connection or cgminer not mining

any ideas how do i fix this?

Wish list...

Really like your pool, but would it be possible to implement a graph in the block stats?
Actual, expected, and windowed average shares vs. blocks would be cool.

Thanx  Smiley

I have a stale rate of over 11% and that is not the case with other pools. Is there something to be done regarding that question?

if not already done choose a server close from your rigs : http://wdc.theblocksfactory.com/server
By the way if the honk-kong server and the US server are at the same distance from your rig, choose the US server.

You may just test all server and see what's better for you
