I just saw the interview of the founder of Boosteroid Ivan Shvaichenko where he says that whole team is currently focusing on the Demo version and getting ready for the second stage of the ICO which will happen on November 23, 2017-Dec 11, 2017.

Can't wait for the demo app since the whole team is giving their best to have a successful launch of this. Demo app will help the users to get more information about Boosteroid once they can navigate and explore the contents of application.

You have a point! if they are lowering their service fee then it means that they acknowledge what Boosteroid offers because they don't want their clients to leave them and use this platform.

The Boosteroid platform is currently on development and the funds that will be raised on the token sale will speed up the process.
