yes you need to install i2p if you want i2p support

please no "Obscurity We Trust" (or similiar things including obscurity). Obscurity is often used if someone dosnt know how to secure something, so hes going to obscure it. this almost always fails after some time

nope, i2p is end to end encrypted, nobody (beside the involved ones) knows what passes from where to where, ie someone else cant see who published it or how high their latency is.
