I see a lot of optimism about bitcoin, which is understandable seeing the price recently.
But I have to admit I'm a little worried about the long term future of btc.
The major problems if the currency still haven't been dealt with. I see 2 major ones:

-Block size. Which makes the delay and fees of transaction rise very fast. Smaller transactions are more and more difficult to make.
-The centralization of the market. China got low cost electricity, which make them by far the most bitcoin mining capable.
-And maybe others that I'm not aware of.

Another thing: The Hard forks that are oddly getting much more frequent than before. (BCH, BTG, Segwitx2 etc...) It almost looks like "attacks" in order to divide us. Now called "airdrops" by the community. Even though they're supposed to solve some of the problems.

All in all, this makes me really worried about btc future. I've been a strong holder since 2014, and I made quite a lot of money with bitcoins, but I begin to doubt now, even though the price is crushing ATM. Please help me keeping faith. Or should I switch to another currency ? Really thinking about ETH recently.

I am absolutely not worried at all. Bitcoin has been enduring all the FORKS for years now, and so far it is still the same volatile cryptocurrency that we have come to love. The fact that this question or topic has been asked each year makes it really irrelevant at all, because we have already seen what bitcoin can be and will still be. Perhaps in the far future we can be worried.

Well, if you doubt with future of bitcoin, then you try to switch bitcoin to another altcoin. Are you not worry about altcoin future?
If you are worry about bitcoin future so you normally more worry about altcoin future.

I know fees and long time transaction are the most problem that bitcoin has now but it will not make future of bitcoin dying. We can do soemthing to trick it.

You don't have to worry about the uses of bitcoin because there's a lot of advantages of bitcoin to every people who want to be successful person in the future. In bitcoin we don't need to worry about it because it is a secure place that you can keep and invest your money in a long period of time that possibility that your money will get increase. And I think bitcoin is one of the best cryptocurrency in the market that continuously exists. And I believe that btc in the future will become successful currency that the other currencies.

Everyone must be worried about the future bitcoin because at this time a lot of bitcoin in banned and the price also began to fall. everyone should ask how the fate of the next bitcoin and the answer no one knows because bitcoin is not real in the form of money and the price is unstable but it's all risk we have to bear it. because all already know the weakness of bitcoin. .

Are you worried about BTC future or all crypto currency future? I wouldn't be worried for both of them, as I'm pretty sure, that bitcoin will survive, and I see future of cryptocurrencies nothing but positive.

Until now bitcoin is still the best thing that many people choose, certainly many people who hope bitcoin will continue to improve and not decrease. But of course there are so many things that worry about bitcoin like bitcoin price reductions, but for now I think bitcoin is safe for investing and making money.

I think the future of the bitcoin will be good. Many people have possession of bitcoin and the trading in bitcoin is good. Bitcoin is also a good currency to use because there is no tax in it. So it's future will be good. Grin Grin Grin

We should not be afraid of unknown because good day is here again. There is no reason to think more money
is going to flow to bitcoin. Two major exchanges, the
CME Group and Cboe Global Markets, are about to
launch bitcoin futures exchanges. Historically

If bitcoin does not survive I do not see any other currency taking bitcoin place, so if you want to get out of bitcoin I will suggest to get out of cryptocurrencies completely, and about the hard forks it is very obvious the forks are not being created to solve anything, it is just an attempt to make money with bitcoin’s name and at the same time to attack bitcoin and see if people fall and accept one of these awful coins as the new dominant coin.
Yes i am worrying avout BTCs value because we all know that bitcoin value is unstable and as you can see. This month th price of BTC risen up reaching $20k and it is really an unexpected thing to happen for this month and for this whole year but days ago the btc value falls down into $14k. So afraid to loose all my bitcoin in my wallet.

Every day I'm worried that my investment will not bring any profit. As for the stability of Bitcoin itself, I do not think there is anything to worry about. I do not know what will happen in a few months, but for now it is definitely worth investing.

Unlike the time period, bitcoin serves to be a worth investment. People who trust and invest will get the best through the same, whereas the rest feels of ignoring the opportunity they got to benefit through the same. I too think of the risk associated with it, but the growth it has been attaining keeps me active.

There is nothing to worry about bitcoin. For me it turns ouy to be usual to encounter such problem. We all know that these things also vanish as bitcoin value rises again. You just have to keep on believing on it.

there is nothing to worry about from BTC, although yesterday I almost lost my trust in bitcoin because the price is getting down. Today bitcoin has recovered and slowly back up. and will reach $ 20,000 more, even $ 35,000

I never worry about what will happen in the future, because I remain confident with the bitcoin that will pure dream in the future. the need for privacy and the movement towards decentralization not for a single coin or cryptococcus, this is a human need for security and its desire for alternatives to globalization and the bank that has persecuted us all.
bitcoin is the part of our life that believes it not to be as not a foundation for us.
