Worried, we all share that especially when the prices are constantly falling, but what differentiates a real and serious investor and just an investor is the amount of faith he has in his investment decisions and how long he is willing to wait for them to bear fruits. all is not lost yet, countries are slowly embracing BTC, more money will be pumped into it and the prices will shoot, then you will be able to smile again, HOLD ON

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I see a lot of optimism about bitcoin, which is understandable seeing the price recently.
But I have to admit I'm a little worried about the long term future of btc.
The major problems if the currency still haven't been dealt with. I see 2 major ones:
-Block size. Which makes the delay and fees of transaction rise very fast. Smaller transactions are more and more difficult to make.
-The centralization of the market. China got low cost electricity, which make them by far the most bitcoin mining capable.
-And maybe others that I'm not aware of.
Another thing: The Hard forks that are oddly getting much more frequent than before. (BCH, BTG, Segwitx2 etc...) It almost looks like "attacks" in order to divide us. Now called "airdrops" by the community. Even though they're supposed to solve some of the problems.
All in all, this makes me really worried about btc future. I've been a strong holder since 2014, and I made quite a lot of money with bitcoins, but I begin to doubt now, even though the price is crushing ATM. Please help me keeping faith. Or should I switch to another currency ? Really thinking about ETH recently.
I don't get worried about the future as of this moment because im a believer on bitcoin and i know it will grow more and more as popularity of bitcoin keep on spreading. |

I understand your concerns, I am equally worried, but I prefer to keep bitcoin and keep thinking positive, why I say that, because the future is a long time, no one knows what the future will look like yesterday bitcoin has decreased a lot, but now the bitcoin is moving up again, bitcoin development will still continue and nothing can replace its position, I personally believe bitcoin will continue to increase in the future, until then I will continue to save my bitcoin

I agree with you. Although people are very worried about the future of bitcoin because news like the Chinese Government is introducing strict bitcoin blocking measures and there are many criminal components that are abusing bitcoin. Some people predict the future of bitcoin will be bad and will not last long but I find that to be incorrect. Although bad rumors about bitcoin are very much, but their prices are still very strong. So, I believe in bitcoin. |

dont be worried because you cant do anything by being worried bitcoin prices totally depends upon how people are going to adopt it. One day crypto will be the primary payment method but not any soon

those who does worrying has nothing to do with your life so for me do not worry as worrying will just ba an excuse for you not yo earn here so do anything for you to stop worrying about the future of btc because for sure you have your future here. |

Bitcoin is still the strongest and the most accepted cryptocurrency and will remain so and there is no reason to worry about. We all know that bitcoin is getting stronger because of people who embrace and see the possibilities. Bitcoin has been making for nearly a decade and this is not the best time to doubt what can be done sooner or later. I hope we will see soon, some alt coin will not be affected by bitcoin value.

Are you kidding me? How can anything in the world promise everyone to earn easy money? Although I am a long term holder of bitcoin, I know there is risk. |

Bitcoin in the future will have many changes. The bitcoin market may be down. Some countries have banned bitcoin players. I worry in the future the investment in bitcoin will be harder. Sometimes invest in but hard to get back. There are people who take advantage of bitcoin to trick players.

bitcoin was getting more popular last year and i think this will continue as many people are getting interested to Bitcoin year on year and maybe 2018 will out perform bitcoin performance so still future is not clear if bitcoin will continue to grow in the future or not

I'm not worried about the future of bitcoin. Because now is the most famous crytocurrency. And the longest year of oldest Boeing remaining in existence. I have a feeling that bitcoin gonna last many years surpass many problem. The more important is that you will help your family.

Change is good. Change innovates. Please keep that in mind. Whatever happens, BItcoin will stay. There can be 3rd or later generation blockchains and tokens but who knows what's next? We're on the brink of evolution here.

In my opinion the only problem of bitcoin is the high transaction fees. This problem will be solved everything will be ok
it's just a general reason in exchange for bitcoin, the most worrying is how bitcoin prices remain stable and do not give the inflation effect to altcoin like this month. many people argue BTC is one of the biggest coin that affect the world of crypto. so pray for the good of the bitcoin future. cheers |
