Thank you Thadeous for this update about Finma case. I was looking for some new info about this court case and proceedings. of course as always in such a cases everything is postponed because they need more details and a second look. Hopefully, Finma will finally speed up this process a little and in a few months, we will see the outcome. I know that Envion as a business is over and only hope to get some of my invested money back. |

Yes, this is very true about investors in Envion project, but in the same time this is very true with more and more other crypto projects. |

I remember when people used to say "but they are from Swiss/Germany..." like to say that it means automatically to trust of them without doubts...
People that scammed more than 100 millions of dollars with this ico should be founded and destroied of kicks till they wont have force to breathe. They deserve very strong revenge.

I have read/heard of a group of people, who have the very same idea about revenge. They are lobbying about it, putting some money together and taking serious steps to locate those that are responsible for this scam. Let me tell you this, I really am against violence. However, if you scam people you should know there are ofcourse some consequences. Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any future harm that is maybe going to happen to anyone. I just came to know about this rumor and quite frankly I believe it. |

You have pointed out very interesting fact which actually motivated people to go for this project to invest in it. Majority of people trusted them because of their origin and thought they are serious people but after this experience they will look differently. When it is about putting your money in hands of someone judge them based on their qualities and facts not from their county or origin. There were many lessons to learn from this project for everyone including for the team.

I think it's better to ask FINMA directly, you can find all contact on their web site. Any money still available will be used to pay their debts, legal fees, maybe bailout money, and VC investors |
