Pretty happy with deepbit so far. Seems better than p2pool.
Stats on the site are very cool. Would be nice to impliment some kind of graphing so you can see rates/btc/hashing over dya/week/month.
Android app downloaded to view my miner, quite ugly app but still good info.

At this time we are under a DDoS attack and pool's hashrate is reduced. The issue with slow confirmation will be fixed soon, sorry for the delays. Any other pool/miner can confirm those transactions too, but most of them are confirmed by our pool. And again

No I'm just sitting here once again wondring if my payout will ever show up, it only took two and a half hours for it to get hte first confirmation.
Quite frankly I pay fees to the pool why on earth aren't you confirming your own payout transactions? Is this seriously the standard of service you're happy with offering and that I'm supposed to be paying for?

Hey New here, and can only post here so... let's go. I'm looking forward to build a mining rig, and with some time a mining farm. For the hardware I've chosen what looked best to me to avoid hardware failure. I'm an "IT engineer" myself (I'm young so focused on hardware only for now). Here's my choice: MOBO: ASUS M5A99X EVO CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 RAM: Crucial CT25664BA1339 (2Go 1333 CL9) PSU: Seasonic P-1000 Platinum HDD: WD3200AAKX GPU: Radeon HD 6990 3x (or any other ATI card, and yes I still say ATI 'cause oldschool FTW) Case: (rackmount but for the beggining, open air) What looks very strange to me is the fact of being able to mine using PCI-Express ports that provide less than 16 lanes. In theory you need 16 lanes to provide full GPU power (that's the way I've been told) but since the only thing coming out of the GPU is the result of the mining and not a heavy real-time 3D render I kinda understand this... but still I'm perplex. Anyway, thoughts on my build ? Thanks ! Zigrololo

High speed PCIe transfers are mostly used for texture loading (and usually it's not enough anyway :), so it doesn't matters for such low-bandwidth task as mining. Even 1x lane would be just fine for mining. HDD, RAM amount and other things are not important, you just need some bare minimum for your OS to load. Important things are good PSU and case (or lack of case sometimes, so it won't get in the way of airflow).

Guys, I have problem connecting to deepbit.net I cannot connect to deepbit.net server. Either the website deepbit.net or the pool pit.deepbit.net did not response to my miner/browser. http://www.bihost.in/deepbitdown.jpgDoes anyone have the same problem? Anyways, I am connecting from Indonesia (If that is matter). Now, I redirect my miners to other pools, temporarily. But I like deepbit.net better than other pools. Perhaps someone can give explanation regarding my problems? I hope it's just temporary.

Guys, I have problem connecting to deepbit.net ... Perhaps someone can give explanation regarding my problems? I hope it's just temporary. As stated in our main thread, we are experiencing some connection problems caused by our anti-ddos system. At this moment only ~70% of our regular users are connected. We are working on this issue, sorry for the inconvenience. Also, our 9* IP addresses won't respond to ping, try to use your browser for checking.

I have already tried to use my browser, still all my browsers says "The connection has time out" as shown in my picture.

Why so many invalids in last 2 days? It was a display bug, those blocks aren't really invalid.

I'm having problems getting my money transferred out. All is set to auto transfer as I get 2 coins. Last transfer that shown in my wallet is from 07/15 and is still not cleared, when on the website it says that there were money sent multiple (to be exact - 6) times after that. Using bitcoin 0.6 for my wallet, mining straight through deepbit with guiminer.

If you'll see a web page with transaction details then it means that those funds were successfully sent and the problem may be caused by your bitcoin client. Ensure that your wallet is synchronized with the network and the address is correct. If this still doesn't helps then you may need to start your wallet with --rescan key.

I did that and I received a webpage with details (even for all the transactions after the day mentioned), Bitcoin app keeps saying that it is catching up. I tried getting a new address and updating it on the account as well about 5 days ago. I had transactions on the web and they still are not showing in the Bitcoin app. I'm using Windows, so by running it with a key you mean adding it to file properties?

If you don't know how to rescan your wallet and you are sure that this is your address, you can back up your wallet.dat, delete everything in that folder (bitcoin's data and DB folder) except your wallet.dat and launch the client again, so it will only have the wallet.dat there.
