hello , im also have a problem with transaction. in payments page i see the automated payment is made. but when i click on it "https://blockchain.info/tx-index/634380cd9176efa64ee6320d2c58a47b9fafec8ab51037d0fbdafbb4a1e0620d"
it says transaction not found , in my wallet i see its unconfirmed almost 10 hours
can you do something?

its 0.06 btc to my wallet : 1E2YFXWX7TVxpqpPmZvTLYFpezEQ8kNx8a
02.05.2013 07:02

received my payment , just needed to wait more.

i have 2 questions
1. how can i see myself in teams on this pool? currently im clicking on teams and cannot find me in the list
2. is there any way to see the Block found by our pool more "live" than 1 hour delay? maybe in some other website like http://blockchain.info/ ?

Great to hear you've received your BTC! I checked about 10 hours ago and my coins were popping in, so I was really wondering if you needed some more time...

About your questions:
1. you should have joined a team (I'm assuming you did) and you should've entered a nickname ('advanced'). I believe it will also take a few hours to see your entry appear.
2. I do not know, maybe someone else can answer this? AFAIK a few confirmations are minimally needed, so I think not.

/wave Tycho!

How's deepbit doing these days?  It's been over a year since I've done any significant mining,  but whenever I do,  I STILL point at deepbit.

Glad to see it's still around!  always preferred it for some reason!

For starters, it has many basic settings readily built-in, which may be very convenient to begin mining. It lets you control your hardware very easily, but it isn't very verbose.

I have mined 0.01 BTC and it says that the transaction is made but couple hours have passed and I still have not received the BTC.

I don't think I can help you out, but what is the problem? (given that you do want to answer that question, of course).

Indeed, you'll need a Deepbit admin for that. Too bad! Let's hope [Tycho] will answer soon. Sad

how long should we wait till you make down email notification ? 4% fee is not enough to add this useful feature ?
E-mail notification of miner failure is available for many months already. You can see it on the news panel at the left side of the page :)
And the default fee is 3%, not 4%.

Someting wrong with blocks solving, last days.
I don't think so. On average it's still fine.
As we can see, after than 24h-long round we had some short rounds too.

Well, i see that [Tycho] don't care about my problem, such a support...
I got your message, but I don't have a solution yet.
Usually in this situation I'm recommending asking your ex-e-mail provider's support to recover your previous account. If they don't believe that you are the real owner, then how can we do ?

In a special cases when given e-mail provider is known to never recover any mailboxes then we can try to check your right of ownership by asking for additional account details.

Finally, thanks for the answer. I have wrote many times to my ex e-mail provider, but still don't have answer. Why don't try to input settings for changing e-mail, like intersango? I have created this accaunt (in deepbit) arround june-july 2011, when i first hear about BTC. From december 2011 to now i haven't used it. Now, when i saw, that the price is big, i decided again to mine btc. I remembered that i have acc in deepbit and i immediately started to mine, without much thinking. When i minned my first btc, i decided to exhange it. In this moment, i realized that there is no way to draw it from the accaunt, because i forgot about mail confirmation. Don't know how to give bigger proof... So in this case, there is no way to access my coins? Obviously, i must drink a glass of cold whater and forget about this acc...

I don't think that will happen - Deepbit has no way to confirm that both e-mail addresses are owned by the same person. Imagine that I sent [Tycho] a PM, telling him that admin@rimsky.net didn't work and please send all BTC to lordcrypto? I'm guessing you wouldn't like that at all if he did Cool

Out of sheer curiousity, how much BTC does this concern (not exact, see below)?

BTW: What you could try is sending [Tycho] the worker name and password, which you DO have apparently - along with the number of BTC that has been mined, and the address for retrieval. Theoretically, this should be data that no-one else should be able to provide, and it's up to [Tycho] to decide if that will suffice.
