on 3 different machines in 3 locations i keep getting a message.

"www.deepbit.net uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for deepbit.net
That's because pool's site is deepbit.net, not www.deepbit.net Smiley

..also them being cheap..

ufasoft's miner has been working great for me with bitpool for weeks--but this morning, when I turned on my computer and started it up, it gave me a bunch of the "Error 80190191" messages, which as far as I can tell mean "bad username or password."

But I'm using the same username and password as always. I even created a new worker with a very, very simple password just to be sure, and used the simplest set of command-line options possible:

bitcoin-miner -o http://pit.deepbit.net:8332  -u khafra@address.com_test -p test

And even that gives me 90190191 as well.

Did the DDoS lock out some accounts, or what? How do I fix this?

It should be fine to run all miners with one worker name and pw.

I can do that on my GPU miners in one computer. Haven't tried it on two tho.

Can't seem to change my bitcoin payout address?

Every time I try to change my address it says "Mail_sending_failed!"

http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=3889.msg358020#msg358020

Found it; they turned off the workaround that let ufasoft connect.  That sucks, since I have an Intel GPU and can't mine at any reasonable speed without taking advantage of SSE2 optimizations Sad

Anyone from DeepBit care to help us with 'Mail_Sending_Failed!' error??

Mining at a different pool right now cos i don't want my rewards get transferred to the lost wallet.

No response also when I sent email to the (...)@deepbit.net.

Hope it gets fixed soon.

What is the percentage on PPS?

I'm considering switching to deepbit because the Ghash rate is high enough that the luck should stay fairly steady and almost be like PPS even when you aren't using that option. I say that as I stare at a 15 hour 8 million shares so far unsolved block on my current pool. Makes for a lot of variability.
PPS fee is already subtracted from the PPS price shown on pool's main page.

No, currently registration confirmation is not needed.
A separate confirmation e-mail will be sent to approve second change of your bitcoin address or password recovery.

Have you tried jgarzik's CPUminer ? I think it contains all those optimizations already.

Account name and worker name are not the same.
One account can contain multiple workers.
One worker account can be used to run up to 20 miners with Long Polling support.
But I recommend using separate worker accounts for better monitoring.

Can't figure out how to PM on this board...

Pretty sure I just had my password stolen from the deepbit.net login, not sure who to talk to about it, so I'm posting this here.

What is the purpose of having multiple workers on the website?  Do I need one for each computer I have here at home mining or can multiple computers use the same worker account?

So do I even need to install Bitcoin.exe for payouts or do I just hop onto Mt Gox and copy down the address for me to add BTC to my Mt Gox account?
