Hello fellow BiblePay people,

I have a question. Starting in January I have been mining BBP, first with pool and later solo. Over that period I mined quite a few blocks. Today, I updated the wallet (shut down old wallet, download and install new wallet). It started resyncing and I lost almost all my BBP. Literally 99.9%. Also, the resynced transactions are totally different than the ones that were there before.

Does anybody have any idea what happened?

BNvQ5Txs1riZvuKA5W7prbtwx7PuSXXBwL is your POOLs address and MASTERNODE only received rewards ... so your mining sw forgot paid

Doesn't sound right, as the blocks are created by the mining clients, not the pool software.

Plus, http://explorer.biblepay.org:3001/ seems to be wrong about most of the values:

Block 31310:
http://explorer.biblepay.org:3001/ - 2216.77117578 bbp
https://biblepay-explorer.org/ - 6649 bbp
My own client: "subsidy": 6649 bbp

Is this a only CPU coin?
If not, how profitable is it to mine it with a GTX 1080Ti ? How much Coins per day?

Can anyone else confirm this? I'm not sure what wallet version I was on. Probably one from early january, or late december. Also, a block reward was around 15.000 coins. I found this to be a little weird as well, because I never see that number in this thread...

Coins that are not on the chain are pointless.

What would make someone pool mine against the pool, creating blocks with 0 payment to the pool, in order to win the pool block, receive a share back from the pool and give the pool 0 revenue?  What is the notion behind this?  To hurt the pool and to hurt bbp I suppose.

Slovakia: Incorrect - pool doesnt create the blocks, You do on your side.

Regarding block frequency, you will have to read the forum, its only been discussed many many times.

Yes, I can say with almost complete certainty that you were mining on a fork because you didn't update your wallet. I'm sorry, but there are mandatory updates for a reason.

Also, that block reward was for POW before the sanctuaries were started, so your wallet was probably from early december.

Although I am not a deeply religious person, it still seems to me immoral to use manipulations with the Bible in the context of ico.

There is neither premine nor ico here in BBP. All coins are hard earned.

Most definitely! You have a very powerful CPU, so you even could consider going solo. I think you should hit a block maybe 2 to 3 times per month.
If you want to start pool mining, there is 2 options: https://pool.biblepay.org or https://pool.purepool.org (simpler to start imo).

Slovakia, please stop spamming this thread with a buttload of questions, half of them being meaningless or wrong or being asked for the gazillion'th time. And please start reading the stuff you post before sending it. I swear most of the time I cannot even get a meaning out of your gibberish reading it the first time. Maybe try google translator, I think even this would create more readable sentences....

If you are only here for profit, or are not Christian, please get lost.

Praise Yeshua Hamashiach, King of Kings, that this project is primarily in existence to help Orphans and those in Distress.

PS on a side note:  The coin does not have cracks, it did its job and rejected the transaction that was above the max payment level.  If someone wants to mine blocks for 2300 bbp, go for it, its more money for the Orphans.    Less Emission = More For Orphans
