Hi guys
I have a simple question. How long does it take to get firt reward when I began rosetta mining day before yesterday? I have all issues live, but after superbloc was mined today morning, no reward. TaskWeight 100, UTXO 50, RAC about 1k, magnitude still 0.
Thanks.
Same here. Have some RAC but no magnitude

My magnitude showed as 0 until I received a payment from my first superblock. The BOINC servers export a list of RAC in XML format which I think is grabbed by the sanctuaries and then they vote on paying out those who have a magnitude greater than 0 (i.e. if they've done work). Chances are, if you just started mining in the last 24 hours, the exported file probably did not contain any RAC for you. Give it another 24 hours and I think that the next contract that is voted on should have your wallet address in it.
How to know if you'll be paid in the next superblock.
If you want to confirm that you're in the next superblock, go into the debug console and type "exec testvote." If the sanctuaries don't have the XML from BOINC, nothing will show up. However, if there's an active contract, you'll see the upcoming payments. So for example, this is the copy/paste of the proposed payments from the last superblock at 33825. You'll notice that it contains destination Addresses and the corresponding amounts.
"Addresses": "BSw7JZ9r2cFLgLL7tg6oDKDWicGGGzXf4J|BTjJENmWrQudFHEaqEpFg7ZeCA8HK2HwLW|BSVMHp2GMF2jag6yoididitrwJPoZaP1JK|BSeaxWTddQmLmVCGZBe1TtCeydNygp3yzs|B6n6DympbZKD5GoE6EX4uW8Rvrg6QeP9R4|BP9dc2XhBahAmwRcvtawSdYm7HcGEeWwCm|BSmfm3rQBHAkceJiNxUVDHeuVCgQbTJRx8|BQJeuW9czNp7XJGFE11sDxqifaYsKSHmGa|BSqcLcFLYt3bKvoUaZ5rGURW75xgjJdQoD|BRnJcUe3fCusEX9Q961zpwNJ8jMtRJj4Mx|BSLBCAbR38vwvqBpPn14YCaQSndiKPScjF|BNetxsZfjyNfW73Kvsh5AYLHENpEHcR3qh|BT9R3ELM81r3uS8aMnKzPq2Mm49mDAVx5j|BEaJRPoHfQsu6i8sxAtNApiaYg7eXmBS1M|BLSRauiWZ1oZSXv5Xus9zRJtNQ9vu4Q8ug|BMbjbaYRyiAvcokJ8iZytBt5sF8SRNdmfo|BNSsnhkb4bAmAoYETTByoA6GQCsy4vC5M7|BBkphVpdEdJSvzGEeGRkQr4PkGMKdBmBqm|BKDezDVAwB8vYvaEWcgxLpuuYqbSaDqmVp|BP4mCwRzoLa5rQk4uhL3FKCy3uFWhDrLsN|BHT42KnVpQpAzYgnVJuVEqBz2pp1JfTGYk|BLHdoH8D9EVpTw1Z9DYWSkLmQeLYD1gmQS|BNejpU22sgMv3QcGytVtqeefgaAmTz4JCu|BKae7QM69ATZYkhtkDewLmuJqt94zFj3Lg|BJYgcpTtZvmNYWFkjMzopCBjXMdT4WqgYJ|BQxWRv1inJ4RuNbDWthopNmq1UKptkFcW3|BLUBwujSx8wZHbuEgWZMrqSENecNVjyhz7|BRAFeGxh8NWZrCVzKoTyqvNLxDGxoZ7JzG|BQ4EMSriFXYt4pD3jxD2FiM8tL7nshSUkB|BANBGPPCg4ceXjTkACsxoZqQMKggeTrgeE|BPmMSUh9ZhGpzA2aMWJQmfE498NLxodC4r|BPac8R98z8gxSTZBLU9JzSVYDtWvQQJjPH|BTcGHuJxTBpAAhJLiE4aimosFVyqzmU1ar|BRoSYvPVkEDaFxZg25xCmcnqy9VvqDERtU|BJ9tBR7QdNuxNxy6mpMh8Uggb4UWT7C684|BLznh3qPXHpwPwCybgWHVYuQde9E9o92eq|BGD8b68UergXPdqeR4qRgYZV8r6FWDvTrZ|BT7dgEyWXpZtEnAJkQRF7sNJ6CxYM6dEzn|BRuq4ADYxzyxeAVdvQzRqLqDg4tMQfBCLn|BQmqNxXhEJ9rWGo4isynCpyNFHdKBL2Bzu|BLFtzp4Di5WebqaAyY97PMkgYLV5JxtQ2Q", "Amounts": "108787.27|464714.33|30709.52|628853.25|273165.70|13625.02|176779.32|37069.64|81510.62|40396.06|2341.80|33264.21|8435.80|337458.76|14716.09|90691.54|42152.41|43642.64|6253.67|745.12|13598.41|638.67|59423.19|984.62|78743.04|239.50|25174.35|5801.28|878.18|53.22|558.84|904.79|15860.38|106.45|186.28|15487.82|266.11|1037.84|558.84|4444.10|319.34",
Copy and paste this into Excel with addresses on the first row, and then amounts on the second row. Then use Text to Columns under the Data tab and choose delimit by the "|" character. This will separate all of the addresses and place the corresponding payment into the row below. Then do a Find on your BBP address linked to your CPID and you will see exactly what you will be paid in the upcoming superblock in the second row below your address (if your RAC made it into the file the sanctuaries are voting on). If you don't find your address, it means you're not scheduled to be paid in the superblock. Hopefully that helps. Perhaps there's a more elegant way to do this, but that's all I know how to do at the moment.
Hopefully that helps

Man, that's awesome, thanks alot. Judging by that it seems I received the full amount from the last superblock (with utxo 100%), but my NEXT payment will be only at 75%, although I didn't change anything...

I already upgrade to version 1.1.0.6,but my all miners are Missing in pool,What should I do?
You will need to have an active CPID to mine by the way. where to get active CPID?

i'm still confused about how it is calculating, i'm 100% sure that i always was over 1% of total now total is 821k and i have 10.6k rac and from lat payment i never saw utxo below 75, most of day i had 100 and still has 100 so at any time my rac/total rac should be at least 1%, *1000 is at least 10. if it takes utxo 75% i must have mag at least 7.5, but info is saying "Magnitude (One-Day)": 5.531126871256219, it is impossible it may be only in case if my rac was takeninto account in beginning of day and total rac at the end of day..., then it could be 5.5
everyone here have correct ressult except me?

Update about Purepool: The next payments are send out, some are quite big, as the pools is really successful right now ^^ Hope more users will join, it looks like pools are still usefull About my own question above with the low HPS: After my first payout from the distributed computing, the HPS is fine again. So it seems that there is a relation, maybe a Magnitude is required? (maybe I missed a post that answered this already ).

Wow, I just saw that Purepool is now the biggest pool for Biblepay. Wow We are close to 8% of all blocks, with 4% for the main pool. Really exciting. I was already afraid that the hard work on the pool was pointless with the PoDC update, but it seems that there is still a need for it. EDIT: And it seems more users are joining. Thx a lot!

Thanks for this answer. So just to be clear, is that going to be the new percentages? 20% for budgets 36% for DC 4% for POW 40% for Sancs
In the upcoming version checked in last night - not announced yet, its set to be: 20% for budgets 38% for DC 4% for POW 38% for Sancs With a configurable feature for the UTXO requirement pending the outcome of the poll.

maybe stupid question but what about new miners? if somebody want to join and start mining he is starting with 0bbp and therefore he get utxo 0, so even if he will have 100 top computers, his income will be 0 forewer. he even cant join roseta as dont have 1 bbp for join... i dont know how mouch are faucets, it they can be used for start mining. but anyway, he will get max 25% with few bbp so start for new users is almost impossible if they dont buy many bbp on exchange

True, you need at least 1 bbp to associate your DC account, and if you could afford the PCs for mining, we are making the assumption this individual can also afford the daily amount for the UTXO stake. We had to do it this way to bust the botnet down to something we can recognize. However Capulo are you aware we have an unbanked feature- if you are only mining with ARM devices, you do not need a UTXO daily stake, and the pool offers free association (but only for the unbanked wallet). This feature was made for people in 3rd world countries who want to cancer-research in exchange for food on a cell phone.

One huge advantage of PODC that will pay off by great magnitudes:
Onii Chan in Japan has 373 machines already (up from 250 yesterday) and is now 5th position in the leaderboard (up from 25th) in one day.
This person might have been the 'perceived' botnet.
Anyway Id like to focus in on the pain requirement of upgrades. With the legacy upgrade pattern where the miner was tied inextricably to the core wallet, this person would have had to upgrade 373 machines (LOL). Now the hidden boon in PODC is this person will only need to upgrade the controller wallet this weekend (for the new version).
So this modular interface is extremely valuable. When the rosetta scientists create new features, their DLLs are automatically patched into the running program on the boinc side, so they will not disrupt our ability to mine, which is beautiful.

FYI:
We had a few bugs in the last version (1107, 1108, 1109) that caused an error message to appear "Unable to sign cpid" when new users were attempting to type 'exec associate' in certain circumstances. This is fixed, and will be released as a leisure in approx 2 hours. (This next version also fixes the crash some users experience in POW mining with multiple threads). Some other miscellaneous bugs are fixed also.

Hi Rob, I have a question, The wallet in Ubuntu Server, when I received a superblock reward or use sendtoaddress function , the wallet address will be changed new address (when I type getaccountaddress "", it can't show back original address), how to bind original address for the only display? Because if I type exec podcupdate , it will show "Unable to sign cpid" , and re-associate will change the original address to new address.

After 3 days (Thursday till today) I get the following result: "Command": "getboincinfo", "CPID": "fa5062d1c29baf2e298b674f40ee59b7", "Address": My_Walletaddress, "CPIDS": "fa5062d1c29baf2e298b674f40ee59b7;", "CPID-Age (hours)": 422416, "NextSuperblockHeight": 34030, "NextSuperblockBudget": 2660579, "fa5062d1c29baf2e298b674f40ee59b7_ADDRESS": My Wallet Address, "fa5062d1c29baf2e298b674f40ee59b7_RAC": 7972.06, "fa5062d1c29baf2e298b674f40ee59b7_TEAM": 15044, "fa5062d1c29baf2e298b674f40ee59b7_TaskWeight": 100, "fa5062d1c29baf2e298b674f40ee59b7_UTXOWeight": 75, "Total_RAC": 7972.06, "Total Payments (One Day)": 0, "Total Payments (One Week)": 0, "Total Budget (One Day)": 2660579, "Total Budget (One Week)": 5321158, "Superblock Count (One Week)": 2, "Superblock Hit Count (One Week)": 2, "Superblock List": "33825,33620", "Last Superblock Height": 33825, "Last Superblock Budget": 2660579, "Last Superblock Payment": 0, "Magnitude (One-Day)": 0, "Magnitude (One-Week)": 0 }
and I keep getting negative payment.
Is this OK?
Hi, You probably have negative payments for PODC Update - that is fine. The system is reporting to PODC your data. The payment for rosetta work will come once per day on the superblock - next one is 34030. To see if you are included in the next superblock see this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2388064.msg31969170#msg31969170If your address is not in the superblock 34030 check it again after this block and I am sure your address will be there. Best regards, Simon
