Yes exactly, everything if else can be determined but the financial part gets me. This project has a great potential because nowadays every company, business etc has a website and they'll use the platform for their own betterment.

If you have utility bills without your name and a valid residential address on them, then a bank statement, a lease contract or a residence certificate is also accepted if the name and residential address matches the name and address on ID document. Your Name and Residential Address on the copy must be readable.
