Can any of the devs contact coinmarketcap.com and have SXC listed there? I think they usually need a block explorer from where they get the data, and Cryptsy price points should do. Seems like a lot of new money is getting into the crypto-currency space looking for opportunities at coinmarketcap. SXC should definitely be listed there too, IMHO.

I'm well aware of this and brought it to the attention of Lava.. When we were running ABE 0.7 we had full stats on our block explorer, but if you check it now we are running 0.8 and some stats aren't given, like total coins created. I've reiterated our concerns in a private message, but we have to consider that will most people find running pools cuts into their time, Lava is running pools, a faucet, the blockexplorer and has been coding a new client which I'm solo mining on the moment as part of testing. I do have ABE 0.7 on one rig, but the long of the short of it is I can't run servers without getting a public IP, and if I did my bandwith would make any traffic a nightmare. So I guess the long of the short of it is, we'll get it done ASAP. I'll check with lava and if ABE's API's are fully functional, get us on pronto.. Otherwise it's in the que, with a high proirity but behind the new client release.

Problem Solved !
I'm setting up rig 4 as a remote server running abe 0.7. The connection does not have a static IP yet.. I should be up and running in 48-72 hours, then I'll request to be listed on coinmarket cap...

The coins there have done crazy. Megacoin had like what a 40x jump in about 5 days. I know lava is doing a great job and SXC faucet remains one of the last real surviving altcoin faucets out there. I've seen too many of them go dry or just shut down.

Victor Victoria S5hBu9nbZh85izMie5ejx3ekw8Gc4GWDei OK.. I'm paying that out right now... And sorry guys, things are getting hectic.. The new client just passed test six, so we are looking good. An angel is curious about SXC. I can get the block explorer up, but Lava isn't papering over the desync issue by refusing litecoin connections, he's changeing the magic number with a hardfork.. ABE won't like that, but it should be theoritically possible to manually change abe to accept the block chain after the fork. I think wedge is looking at playing with an android app. We've got people promoting us in various places outside of the community and I want to support them.. Fendle is MIA, but he's developing a real world business, so he's probably time poor too.. The long of the short of it is, I'm putting the brakes on the Zombie bonus for now, .. as usual, if the pool stutters we'll look after our miners. Once things calm down It'll probably rise from the grave yet again..

Not as a spike, as a steady price. And I am confident this day is not far away. I am relatively new to the altcoins, got a modest 180KH card, pointed it at lavapit and kept it there. My tiny holdings were split between SXC and XPM, both have done me quite well. I don't understand why many people fail to see the potential of SXC, for me it was like screaming in my face "Mine me, Buy me, Accumulate and Hold and you won't regret it".

I must agree, It is unfortunate I have no programming expertise to help you wish, i can barely write a VB script without copy and pasting it. I am more of a hardware guy as i work on servers and networks primarily for a living.
I do agree with re-branding that logo although i hope that is not too close to the worldcoin logo as imo it is strikingly similar... it will not only help with those other markets, but for people why think the logo is to.... adult ha. I've been mining at a slow pace of 2k /day with the difficulty increase!

Well, I had ABE up and running on a connection with a static IP.. I was up to configuring the port on the gateway when the person who owns the connection had some personal issues, and I had to stop work. I'll update if the situation changes.

Hello!
I am about, what can I do to help?
TBH I am getting a shed load of orders for dildos and it's kinda taking me all day to run just that one site. I am very time poor but let me know what I can do and I'll fit it in.

I don't think you would want to put that Christmas Tree by a window... Also, Lava, why don't you return to that old picture captcha for the faucet? It seemed to work better when it comes to deterring abuse.
