An healthy lifestyle should consist of the following Resting for 6-8hrs every night Exercising for at least four days a week- it could be hitting the gym, playing your favourite sports(soccer,tennis,basketball,etc) Eating the right diet(fruits,salads,vegetables,nuts, etc) Having a social life (spending time with great friends and family) Spending your leisure time well (going hiking, travelling out of town to the hinterlands for a change in atmosphere and environment) Hope these help

People say that diet is more important than exercise but i would say exercise helps you want to eat healthy things. People who don't exercise are more likely to eat junk in my experience.
