Correct me if I’m wrong, but US residents can still buy the tokens from exchanges once they are listed?
Yes yes they can still buy it, but there are rumors about banning or making it harder to reach to markets. Where do you got those rumors from? Im not from the US but its still intersting if its true Most of the governments don't like cryptocurrencies. I think there will be much more rumors about banning crypto from certain countries. |

I did not understand why so many legal impediments to participation in hollows. No one declares himself American if he intends to participate, if I were I would do the same. Surely no one wants to miss the opportunity to join eHealth because we know how great it will be.
But EHF doesn't say explicitely that US citizens aren't allowed to participate in the ICO, do they? Of course, they also don't say explicitely that they comply with SEC regulations, so it's quite ambiguous. Yeah, but it's only their internal laws - and as I know this taboo not in all states. This question is ambiguous -and therefore are always will be ways to bypass such lock. |

Rumors are just rumors, it's not worth to listen to them. We need to stay focused on the right track Can just agree. I think there will be some countries who will regulate stronger then others, but on the other hand I think there will be also countries who will try to regulate for a better and try to work with crypto and blockchain technology in future. |

Let's wait a bit.. ICO is not even started and all coins are going up and down.. so it might be better to put the value of the ICO to $$ or €€.
If you see the market closely, the trading volume is increasing slowly. It shows that some investors or traders gaining back or may be buying altcoins in this dip. We may see a substantial rise in 1 week. I really really hope so im in the game since a few weeks and lost quite a sum til now i think the market will be pretty volatile all about in 2018 due to more goverments will regulate it. this will hit the market multiple times over again. also i think all the black marketeers are pulling somewhat out because its now getting more attention in the law. But once it dips, it will climb again. its always like that. even the DAX is more worth today then after the big stockmarket crash a bunch of years ago. just be patient Even if it will get regulated and taxed completely, there will still be a lot of value in crypto in the future. As long as exchanges will be up and running, its still the fastest way to transfer money on all the parts of the world. I think, just like with normal startups, 90% will fails and turn to 0. But the ones that make it will turn into a multi trillion industry! Blockchain is here to stay |

There are a lot of project like that out there, but this one has a potential to get a huge starting capital trough ICO and this might be the decisive factor. Unfortunately, right now, the idea is not enough and you always need a good marketing team to raise enough funds. |

As a currency, it will come with a lot of benefits. But many people just see crypto as a way to make some quick bucks, not really the technology. It is a very successful project and it seems like that this one will ensure very well. Marketing is alwayss a key element but only gets the right effect when done right... I know some coins/tokens that aim too high on marketing, resulting in looking like a scam... so.. the right way is to find the middle way for marketing, not too hard, not too soft... just enough, so that people create the marketing with just a little push  |
