yep, the nationality team structure is looks great, 20 Team Members from 8 countries.  a diversified team structure (if they can work in harmony, which i m sure in this case) will be advantage in the other stages, every member can bring the best person needed from their country, 8 country means 8 options in finding best person to fit in to project. diversification in genereal is an important key value That means that they have been looking for talent in some countries and they have not focused on something local. What makes it clear that they are trying to develop something big. on the other hand, it could be hard to communicate very well if everybody is not zentralised somewhere. i assume they are parted in those countries they live in or are they focused somewhere? |

There are many tools that can be used to communicate even in fully decentralized environments |

You are right only a very small percentage o the bitcointalk community is able to speak Russian and nearly everybody English.
but i get the feeling that like 90% are russian here, which can speak english ofc many projects are from russians too I think it is ethereum effect. Most successful ico is Russian so it is not a surprise too many Russians in here. |

Vitalik is by origin Russian but he did move to Canada when he was very young (well he still is young  ) |

Agree, the thing is they know each other quite well in this field (medical), and I believe they are expert. This project has a very long journey and i hope it will really make a new history. |

The Ehealth Members and Advisors I've been to so far have really shown a lot of knowledge about what they sell, Ehealth has come up in my concept, and it has certainly been collecting more admirers and potential investors every day, for this reason |

Vitalik is by origin Russian but he did move to Canada when he was very young (well he still is young ) Weird, I always thought that he was native Canadian |
