There was in a different thread talk about a committee hearing about cryptocurrencies. I looked it up, there will be more rules for ICO, but I don't fully understand. Like you need to register your project in the US if Americans touch the tokens, how can you prevent something like that? You cannot stop people from moving tokens. Practically means you need to register no matter where your you operate from. Is that right?

I guess the SEC is also unclear on how to go about it right now but is loathe to interfere too much. Any form of IPOs or ICOs are considered securities by SEC and thereby necessitating registration with the SEC/FCTC. For that reason, most ICOs right now try to skirt around the issue by not allowing US citizens to participate. In a few weeks, I think we will see clearly how they plan to regulate it.

Thats pretty bad because USD has the biggest share of bitcoin right now, but not really far from JPY.

Great that there are that many translations are done. This is a great project which will be used in the entire world. I am very interested how the progress of the project will be.

In their bounty thread they said something like 15 ETH for whitepaper when I remember right. Not bad, even with the current price.

It is a great payment but also it can cause people to google translate.

They should put some budget for proof-reading too. Too many scammer out there.

actually 15eth is way too less for a whitepaper of that kind of amount of pages and special words in the health sector. i know and have experienced that companies pay like 100k for such manuscripts to have them 100% correctly translated into their languages they want.

Assuming that most of the people who translate here are not professional translators  who probably do average translations especially to be fast, 15 ETH is a fair amount I would say. If someone is a professional translator he/she would probably not work for the money or would be from a country were 15 ETH is a fortune.

The question is more like, how much time do you have for a 280 page document to translate? you will probably not translate it in a week, especially not if you have a normal life beside crypto.

definitely! i mean 280 pages?! thats such a high amount of translation work and could probably consume months of work beside your day to day job

I am following this thread for long but i didnt see any campaign manager, telegram  group invite or promotion, twitter or facebook activity.. This project needs more social media penetration.

Penetration is a strong word but i can understand your point. It has a bounty program https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2605734.0 but maybe they are not attracting too many people. Also, they should work some marketing out of here.

yes there is a bounty campaign but you're right they have to do more to get more visibility like for example put some ads on coinmarketcap or participation in crypto related events...

To be honest I almost didn't see any articles about this project! They need more publications on the web sites and Newspapers.

Yes there is really everything explained in there they did a good job in explaining even the most scientific parts both medical and IT related.

I think the brochure and presentation are already enough to bring the concept/idea of this project, and for more details you read it on the whitepaper.
Check the table of contents first to choose which detail information you want to see.

Yep, I think a one pager will be not enough to put in a summary of the whole whitepaper. A small whitepaper like summary with 5-10 pages would be the best I assume.

They cannot provide a paper for every investor. They have a wp and the brochures in many languages. Last one are very good translated and you can read quick over it.
If they provide 3 or 4 different papers, I personally would be confused, which to read.
