How do I stop smoking,
Because I myself have the same hypothermia as tobacco ,, so I am from a very far away with cigarettes ,, teromas of love

Slowly withdraw from smoking by changing the number of usage or frequency per day until you only smoke once a week, once a month then replace it with some habit like chewing candies. Try it it works for my father

I quit smoking and kept clean for about 1 and a half year.

Now i am a heavy smoker again but i try to quit. I will eventually make it.

My wife quit easily with the Allen Carrs method btw.

I think you should make a plan for yourself to quit smoking, for example decrease the frequency of smoking or the amount of taking cigarette within a week.

for heavy addicts is difficult to stop, a powerful way to stop is probably to replace it with electric cigarette.

I am not a smoker but I am often exposed to cigarette smoke because I often gather with cigarette addicts, sometimes I feel addicted to the aroma of cigarettes although I am only a passive smoker but if not exposed to secondhand smoke a day or two I just feel breathless. To quit roko addiction I also do not understand but maybe you can replace it by eating candy.

Better to reduce the number of having cigarettes in small parts, for example 2 in first 7 days and then increase the amount

First of all you need to understand that you don't need it, than try to quit smoking slowly, from 20 cigarettes to 0.

I do not smoke so i guess i do not know how to quit smoking when i do not smoke. Well as there someways that could help you to quit smoking and that is to replace cigarette every time you think when you need it like keeping candies on the pocket to chew gum or candy instead of cigarette.

Cigarettes are one thing that makes our lives stop more quickly, many of which have been deformed with cigarettes and cannabis. I think not to smoke too much a day.

I quit smoking a year ago! I read many books, watched the video, but it did not help! Only willpower will help you quit smoking
