This guy has lost 103 bitcoins he mined back in 2011 and then lost his wallet dat file similar to what I have done but wow this guy must be gutted the amount of money he has lost compared to me

His Address    166BuLPWHUjqoqiYp5rGE3B5r5AmqgHpoL    Final Balance   103.20832384 BTC

So many people have the same problem and I wonder just how much Bitcoin is stuck not being able to be used Sad

He says "I used to mine Bitcoin back in 2011 and I lost my wallet.dat file (through several stupid moves on my part). It's got approx 103 BTC in it, anyone is welcome to it, I've given up trying."

Of course all this is sad, lost all state, but with bitcoin this state can be returned, but it is certainly all will be difficult and almost incredible, unless of course you can work to achieve everything.

I heard about someone who lost the password to their wallet and a clairevoyant helped them retreive it. Seriously its a true story. Might be helpful for others who have lost their bitcoins. I train and help people get into crypto and generally people don't get the amount of responsibilty you have to take for taking control over your own finannces. Sadly theres going to be a lot more poeple who lose their money during the next bullrun.

first to get bitcoin is easy, it's not too difficult as it is today. I also got dozens of bitcoins easily, but at that time the price of btc wasn't high, and the btc I had also ran out in online gambling, that's a bit of experience from me!

This is a large amount of money. Poor guy, he must become a millionaire if he manages to restore his purse. this is very harmful, because we can see that the value of 103 bits is very large, and we must keep it safe to avoid it.

Its not a big deal i guess.Bitcoin isn't esteemed much at that point so it's alright for him not to recuperate that as nobody expecting that bitcoin will be on this stage. Furthermore, it resembles the most mainstream issue before of those excavators that has mined a ton of bitcoin, they need to store it without a doubt however unfortunately as they search for some security to their bitcoins, they are wiping out their stockpiling after sponsorship it up and lamentably, they aren't ready to make one back available. Nowadays bitcoin is very valuable but those time its now so expensive as it is now.

It's a shame of course. But agree it's the fault of the owner. With this amount in the purse it was necessary to copy the file at least 3 times and store it on different media.I can't even imagine how many lost wallets there are all over the world.)And all the fault of the human factor

No matter how good words we can able to say just to encourage the owner of 103 bitcoin, still this is long term emotional battle to overcome. This is not too easy to forget as it is big amount. I hope he/ she is in good condition after all.

of course because not a small amount of losses and unfortunately also because if it is now made into paper money, the results will be very large. but with the occurrence of events like this it can make all of us learn to be more careful and careful to protect our assets

Way back when its just began, everyone hardly know Bitcoin is going to be what it is today, so keeping the wallet private key and details was kind of not too much know about then but now many are learning from their mistakes to keep jealously the wallet details to the extent of having it all over and round them but secretly kept for person use , I wish he can lay his hand back on them and that moment will be the best in his live time.

What a tragedy for him because he lost his 103 bitcoin on his wallet. And the lost because of some action that makes him can't open his wallet anymore. So, don't you guys ever lost your dat file or your private key of your wallet.

What would be more plausible than just losing the data file is that this guy did not even bother trying it or cared about it, since there were not so many 103 bit bogeys. He probably began to regret his actions many years later, when this bitcoin really mattered as a life-changing sum.
