The legality is based on where you are living but even if it is illegal it is free to use. Since it is decentralised technology so no one can track us. They will find us only if we are buying or selling the bitcoin.

It is simple, no govt around the world will announce it as legal untill it is taxable and trackable and also the people using each wallet, but all these things are against the decentralized concept of the crypto world so lets see if there will be any solution in the newr future or not.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
So you've made an answer on your question?) It is legal, but not in all countries yet. And in places where it is not approved with law yet, it will be soon.

It depends on which country are you living in. In some country, bitcoin has been regulated by the central bank and now making some regulations with it. While most countries around the world will not announce it as legal untill it is taxable and trackable.

This point remains moot till the policy makers and government authorities in different countries come to some concrete decision regarding cryptocurrencies. Even they have yet to make up their mind, how to be a part of this innovative and lucrative world of crypto, with the right kind of regulations and reigning in.

Well said if the bitcoin becomes legal then you can not use your bitcoins freely for every transaction you have to pay tax to your government. without income, no governament will accept bitcoin as a legal currency. So enjoy the freedom don't think about legalism.

The legal status of Bitcoin and Crypto currencies are still a hot debate to date, few counties are accepted and few countries are saying it is not a legal.

It is not a hot debate. Only few countries (around three to four) in the world has declared bitcoin illegal. Whereas other countries deny that bitcoin is a legal tender and not a real currency. Just saying that bitcoin is not a real currency does not mean that it is illegal to use it. Its just the government who does not recognize bitcoin as a real currency.

Yes. I think Bitcoin is law enforcement. So it will be a lot better for us. And we can use it according to our wishes. Because Bitcoin is legal then we will have a lot of work to do. And we'll be free of tension, we can work well. It will be easy to work for people of many countries if Bitcoin is legal. And all the unemployed people will find their job terms. And they do not have to face the pain of their job. So it is our hope that Bitcoin should be legal. And it would be a lot better. Coinmarketcap.com will change many of these.

Of course, bitcoin can be illegal in the territory of some countries, here it is necessary to clarify which country it is talking about, although we live on the same planet, but we have borders, it's funny huh? Have you thought about this? But now it's not about that. Of course, bitcoin can be illegal

Well base on the fact that our government does not have control about regulations then it could be considered as illegal. Government sector are aware of this problem to arrive. Taking counter measures and looking for a way on how they can control the in and outs money towards btc investment.

In many countries bitcoin is legalized and is a legitimate way of paying for goods and services. I think that in a few years all countries of the world will take bitcoin. That's why I can not call bitcoin illegal.

I think it depends on where you live. Every country has a different policy about bitcoin and there is nothing we can change about it.
If you live in a democratic country, I think legal hold bitcoin
If you live in a country that forbids bitcoin, you may be caught.

You're right. Bitcoin's legality depend on which country you are living in. For now Bitcoin is not legalized in almost country all over the world. As I know Japan is the first country that leglize Bitcoin as a local currency in their country, Japanese can use Bitcoin to purchase a lot of thing in Japan and of course they also have to pay taxes for Bitcoin income Smiley

In depends on the country. There are some many countries out there that making a bitcoin which is not legal and without any permission. But there are some countries also that never tolerate that kind of a thing.

We all agree that Bitcoin isn't legal yet but it is getting the attention because people are starting to know about Bitcoin. In fact because it is accepted by the world, the government is afraid that it will be used for illegal activities. Once the regulation is set, I am sure bitcoin will become legal.

on this issue, a lot of opinion gathered and how much everything will be real, we will see in the future. But for today there are only two variants of the development of events and they exist simultaneously. In some countries Bitcoin is legalized, And in some Bitcoin is considered a national threat.
